The location was awesome. Very sound proof. The apartment was large with a balcony. (2D) Hosts were greatl. Huge wardrobe. Good kitchen. Great restaurant downstairs.

We arrived very late. No 3rd towel, pillow or sheets to surround the duvet in the cupboard (without cover) for sofa bed. (Booked 3 people) It would be very helpful for switches to be labelled as some are power switches for fridge, washing machine in same location as light switches..

Location was excellent,great restaurant just below apartment. Appreciated flexibility for an early check in. Real bonus having access to sky package after a long day sightseeing😁

Air con was not the best although it was very warm outside.

Excellent location. . . very easy walk to the city center. . . shops and restaurants! Very modern and clean, a lovely private terrace. Good art on the walls. Extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space. Small apartment but well equipped. Ferrini Home has a very helpful staff and their properties are of a high style. Some maintenance in the bathroom needs to be completed. We have notified Ferrini.

Be aware, the toilet and bathroom are on the lower floor from the bedroom. . . requiring a walk down steps for using the toilet in the middle of the night. This old building needs more electrical plugs for your devices. Also better lighting on the terrace and inside the kitchen. There was no stove, just a hot plate and microwave in the "tiny" kitchen area. Be aware the pots and pans and flat ware are in a hidden cabinet under the stairs.

Being in our 70's we just loved the easy access to the facility and the privacy, soundproofing is also excellent.The entrance to the premises is in a pictueresq little street of via Etnea with two restaurants in close proximity. All utensils you need to prepare a light meal is provided.The washing machine ironingboard and iron was a bonus as we ran out of clean clothes. The decor is modern and the fascility was sparkling clean. You can virtually eat from the floor. The staff were very friendly professional and accomodating to our every need. We will surely be back. A gem and true value for money in the centre of Catania's main attractions. The local bus stop is infront of the building to take you to the main bus station the train station and the airport.

Wish we made it our base to explore Eastern Sicily instead of hopping from one B&B to another

We travelled with several people, so I got to see five different of the apartments. They are all superclean, spacious and most of them have at least a balcony or a terrace. The flats are directly next to via Etnea, one of the major streets of Catania and you can basically reach the whole city easily from there. The service of the hotel was extraordinary, they made sure we felt welcome, helped whenever we needed something and were polite and on point. I cannot recommend this place enough and if I can return to this city one day, I will certainly stay at this place.

This is a very attractive, quiet apartment with great style. The outdoor terrace was lovely to sit in of an evening and the location was great for eating out and seeing the sights of the old city and the markets. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and attended to a problem with the stovetop immediately and with great care. Many thanks!

There are internal steep stairs between the kitchen, living space and bedroom. After walking all day this was quite a workout and best suited to the young and fit.

The flat is part of a managed building, so that made it feel very safe. Our flat was very quiet, considering the central location of it. The roof terrace was huge (just missing a bit of sun 😉) room was equipped with everything you need - even discovered a hidden washing machine after a couple of days!! The staff member who greeted us showed us where we were on a map, and told us where the key areas were to visit, which was very much appreciated. They were on hand to text throughout our stay any questions, i.e to get an ironing board, or where to get the bus from. The kitchen was well stocked, with coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, sachets of olive oil and balsamic, and a bottle of wine! Sofa bed, very comfy. Shower very hot, albeit not too powerful.

Only small things - we were a group of 4 in a 1-bed, so we had 2 people on the (v comfy!) sofa bed, it would have been nice to have extra kitchen items for the additional guests - e.g a couple extra wine glasses. The shower was not very powerful, the fixture was a bit broken to be able to switch between the over-head shower and the handheld. The bedroom was lacking some things like a second bedside lamp, or a clock or another mirror or dressing table/desk to do makeup or hair would have been perfect.

Excellent location and really comfortable apartment. Quick and responsive communication with reception via WhatsApp - they quickly responded to requests for iron and extra towels etc. They also assisted with booking tours which was great.

Only a minor thing, but the sliding doors in front of the kitchenette and washing machine were annoying. I appreciate they are there to conceal that area from the rest of the living space, but they were a bit of a hindrance. The apartment was generally very clean. The only exception to that was the white shower base, which appeared slightly dirty.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Within walking distance to all the main places to visit, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and everything you could need. We were allowed to do the check-in a bit earlier than planned, which we highly appreciated, and the lady who welcomed us to give us the key was very attentive and even gave us lots of recommendations for things to do nearby. The studio is very comfortable, with lots of light and in a very quiet street, so we slept very well. Overall, a great place to stay when you visit Catania!

The kitchen area felt a little bit dated compared to the rest of the flat, it's very tiny and you don't get a lot of space to cook, so I would suggest limiting your cooking plans to a small breakfast or a quick sandwich for dinner.

The host was very accommodating to meet me a little early so I could drop off my luggage. The apartment was ample in size and had everything the description said it would. There was even a bottle of wine waiting! The location to historic Catania was unbeatable! The host helped me arrange a car to the airport for an early morning flight.

It was a little noisy in the late evenings and early mornings. I was under the impression that this building might actually house families as well as host travelers. It wasn't a problem really, but it was a surprise to hear children running around heading off to school.
