This property could be the most affordable and clean place you can find in Catania, especially when traveling with my mother. The entire reception and staff are extremely friendly and respectful. They are always ready to assist you with anything you need. The housekeeping team is excellent as well; while you're out during the day, they tidy up your room and make minimal adjustments to keep things in order. The breakfast is quite filling, though I think the charcuterie section could offer a wider variety of cold cuts (for those who don't eat pork). Other than that, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The charcuterie section at breakfast could offer a wider variety of meats. Additionally, there were several floral-scented air fresheners placed in the room, and the overwhelming perfume scent became quite uncomfortable after a while. It started to be bothersome, and it took hours of ventilation before fresh air could finally enter and clear out the strong smell.

New building, the guy at the reception was very nice, the flat was spacious and well equipped. Parking right in front for 5€ per day. Jacuzzi/pool available, but we didn't use it. They offer breaktfast (Eggs, coffee, bread, cake, etc. Sufficient, I guess), but we didn't go, as we made our own breakfast upstairs. All in all a very nice stay and we'd recommend it :) Just consider that it's not right in the old town, so you def. need a car to get around

No sponge, no dish soap, no oil, no paper towels, so consider that you have to buy all that stuff. Should be included in my opinion. In the end we had to leave like 10 sponges, a whole bottle of oil, a whole bottle of soap and a few rolls of paper towels behind. Hopefully they keep them for the next guests, so they don't have the same issue

very clean comfortable spacious rooms dining areas. Room was cleaned daily. Coffee machine,kettle, fridge with freezer and small induction hob & microwave in room. Staff were super helpful and provided taxi service to bus station and airport. Not easy to pick up a taxi in Catania.

ideal if you are driving. We did walk to places but have to walk on roads, negotiate main dual carriageways. But not nice walks! Lidl and other small supermarket within walking distance, good pizza, bakery and fish restaurant also within walking distance. if you want to visit Etna tour company won’t pick you up from Ollen, meet in the town for pick up. A chopping board and sharp knife in kitchen would have been useful.

Nice hotel with a private parking, perfect for the people, traveling by car. As the city center is loud and busy, the hotel location provides some calmness. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, one can walk to the city center (for around 50 min) but half a way does not have any pedestrian walkway. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The appointment was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, in the modern kitchen you will find almost everything you need

The room have good areas, is well decorated and comfortable. Kitchenette with all necessary utilities. We got a room with sea view. Possibility to park outside free of charge which is a plus in Italy! Sun beds available at the beach free of charge.

The bed is inside a closet, so when the bed is on the floor we don't have the bed headboard to lean against when reading or chilling. We had the "do not disturb card" hanged outside the door, but the cleaning staff entered the room to clean it twice. Location is a bit far from the city center, but if you have your own car it's not a problem. Pipe smell in the bathroom ocasionally.

Great appartments hotel with excelent location and very clean and comfortable appatrment. great and profetional stuff especially Mariana that all the time was taking care about all of us always smily and kind. we got free room upgrade and we got the appartment earlier than expected which was very helpfull after morning flight. the outside hat tab was very nice and . pleasent and also the gym. looking forward to visit in your hotel again. thank you all

This is a very nice apartment hotel, with super friendly staff. The location was ideal for us, as we had a car and preferred to stay a bit further away from the center of town.

Breakfast is fine, but can be improved. Fresh orange juice was available only on one day. Some items, such as croissants, would not always be replenished. In general, there can be more variant. But we did appreciate that we were asked if we wanted to have eggs.

Nice and helpful staff. They arranged a taxi and always informed us in advance about the arrival of the taxi and the arrival of the pre-booked tour. One member of the reception staff was even willing to buy us tickets to Palermo online. They tried to answer our questions in detail. Breakfast was continental - 4 types of ham and salami (mortadella, ham, hot pepper salami and one more type), 2 types of hard cheese, fresh cheese, butter, white and flavored yogurt, homemade fruit cakes, muffins, croissants with 2 types of filling , juices - pear, fresh orange, multivitamin (we especially liked the pear). fresh fruit (kiwi and orange), jams, nutella, honey, different types of muesli and crisps, several types of pastries. Rooms new, clean, cleaned daily.

Only a small knife for slicing, toilet paper supplied only on request.

We really appreciated our room! It was clean, spacious, silent, had new furniture, comfortable bed and a really nice and big balcony facing the hotel's back yard, part of the town and part of the sea!!! It was absolutely a plus to our overall stay in Catania. All staff members very friendly and helpful, always at our disposal. The hotel is situated in a quite zone, away from the busy and noisy city centre. Would recommend it!

Breakfast could be more diverse . Lack of choices. Truth is though, that we never left the hotel hungry 👍🏼

Marianna was amazing and very helpful in providing information on where to eat for the evening as there was an event being held in the hotel the night we stayed. They also allowed us some time to unwind in the jacuzzi before they started the preparations for the party which was very much appreciated after our long drive from Italy.

I can not fault the hotel, the only thing if I have to say something, was the WiFi was a little weak/slow
