cleaning,good staff, there is security, parking, next door is not a bad restaurant, quick check-in, good towels and bed linen, the view from the dining room, especially in the morning, is simply mesmerizing

I advice You never take a room in 3-th floor Because Upper floor is restoran and you are going to hear all the processes there till 01:00

Good breakfast in a nice roof top restaurant where you can also sit on a terrace with a beautiful view over the sea and the city.

Everyday I got a new roll toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel bottles, causing unnecessary waste since I could have used the old ones longer (they had still 90% left). And one night there was some private event on the top floor where they played really loud music until 1am, so you couldn't sleep.

Breakfast was bad. Typical Italian not Universal

Your car is safe in the garage, behind two lock-up doors. Worth it if you're just passing through with a lot of stuff in your car and need a central place to stay for the night.

AC units below my window were noisy, the bathroom fan didn't want to turn off. I've called the maintenance gentleman, but he said it will automatically turn off - which it didn't.

This hotel is nice inside, clean, comfy beds, nice reception and staff. Nice rooftop with sea view. Good value for money!

Terrible noise from outside, the windows couldn’t be closed enough. Also, a noise coming the ventilation, even though we stopped the air conditioner . All our 4 rooms had the same problem. I hope you solve that, it s very annoying in the night. Parking not free.

Easily one of the nicest conventional hotels in catania. Room was very nice, clean, comfy, and breakfast was good. The receptionist was very nice and happily gave food recommendations and called a taxi for us.

It’s a little ways from the old town, not terrible, but definitely not walking distance unless you’re up for a long walk.

The property is updated and very clean. the rooms are good-sized and comfortable. Parking is available on-site in a safe and secure garage. There is a wonderful restaurant on the top floor (with a terrace) that offers great meals for lunch and dinner… and it’s also where breakfast is served in the morning.

No complaints. The staff was friendly and professional.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional and made our stay. Breakfast is served in the roof top resturant. What a great view out to sea. Very good breakfast with a great choice.

Ease of entering/leaving the car park. The room key did not operate the barriers which meant using the intercom.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. The restaurant, which is on the 4th floor with the best view of the sea, had a small but very tasty menu. For breakfast again, the buffet was not that selectfull but was good.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the Christmas decorations in the balcony, which were on all night.
