The location was excellent, everything was in a walking distance. The host was very lovely and helpful with any questions I had. The room was very clean (it was cleaned every day) and all the appliances were working perfectly. It even had a little kitchen and a kettle with some complimentary tea and coffee, which was perfect for someone traveling on a budget. The building also has a lift which is great for accessibility.

The only downside of this property is that there was no sound isolation at all, so you could hear everything that happened in other rooms and the corridor. I was also very unlucky and during my stay there was a baby in another room who woke up every night and cried (I could hear the guardian shushing the child) and some other people who slammed the front door which, unless one uses the key provided, is hard to shut. Everything else was perfect though, so I would come back to stay here :)

Very central , owner very helpful & all the amenities at hand inside the room . When you walk outside , it's at the centre of everything. Clean, .quiet . Wifi no problem.. Besides having a kitchen in the room, It has a spacious shower . Also loved all the little conveniences like shelves in the bathroom & practical aids in drawers. Also, charger port close to both sides of bed & other places. Having a lift made things much easier too. Loved it, great stay.

Great, central location, which makes it easy to discover the town.😎 I had my own mini kitchen within the room and the shower/wc were also part of the room, which made my stay comfortable and private. The AC was a great help to make the room warmer, when I needed that. The host was really nice to give me the option to check in in the evening.

It was noisy, because of the construction work in the building, but if you bring your earplugs with you, as I did, you can have a good night sleep. 😴

Absolutely perfect location. Excellent communication from Ylenia the owner. Very surprised and pleased to see that my room was like a little self contained flat. A bit complicated on arrival on sorting out the keys but once sorted worked really well. Would love to go back asap.

The room looked out onto the courtyard and i had to keep my windows / curtains closed as the next door neighbour could see in when he went in and out of his flat. Very noisy till late at night but its a vibrant town and expected and was a part of my stay.

Room Size and bed are nice. I try to get hot water on the shower,let it running for more than 3 minutes, never gotten hot. There are hot water coming in the sink. So maybe the knob of the shower is broken.?? Anyway if winter I would never stay here.

No guidelines or instructions inside of the room. Any thing to do for the shower? How to return the key? Évacuation plan? Other case of contacting other than what’s app?

Everything was amazing - starting from the friendliness, help and overall professionalism of the staff there and ending with the location and interior. The balcony was overlooking Via Etnea and you could spend hours observing the hustle and bustle that this neighborhood offers in itself. It is in very close proximity of the majority of the major landmarks in Catania. Highly highly highly recommended. A huge and massive thank you from Amy & Gaetano ❤

The location is fantastic, you are in the center of the city and the mobility is very easy. The staff reached out repeatedly, providing assistance at all times, including after the stay, notifying me of things I had forgotten in the room, and returning them to me. Overall good experience.

The TV in the room was small but everything else was good.

I highly recommend this hotel. Good value for money. The location is really fantastic. It’s around 15 minutes from Catania Centrale, and 6 minutes from the most famous monuments. The room was tidy and cosy. I also had a balcony with the view for the city, and a bit of Etna:) Loved it:) The communication with the hotel staff was super nice. The lady, that I had contact on WhatsApp was nice and helpful.

The location is great. It was clean and the room was comfortable.

The window doesn't close properly, and when the street cleaner car comes at 6am you will definitely be woken up for about 30 minutes. They should get that fixed. The other problem is that check out is a t 10am which is way too early... Makes the morning stressful. There was no flexibility regarding that. The "balcony" is too small to be called a balcony, but I didn't mind.

Super B&B, centrally located, in a small street right next to Via Etnea, yet quiet as the window overlooks the inner courtyard. The hosts are very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back to here for my next trip!
