The location is excellent, in the old town and close to nice restaurants and the beach. Room was comfortable and very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and spoke good English.

The woman responsible for breakfast was EXTREMELY rude. You walk into the breakfast room and are being given orders like by a teacher for a 7 year old. In all these orders being given in her broken English we missed the part that the coffee machine (which is still switched on) is broken. So when we try to make coffee she explodes and says something in Italian which makes the Italian guests laugh at us. We are well seasoned experienced travellers and I really did not appreciate being rediculed by someone who should be happy to serve their guests, even if we did misunderstand her instructions. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were treated like naughty school children and rediculed in front of other guests for such a minor incident, we probably would have scored this property a 10.

Good continental breakfast. Could have been more fruit (melon!) and vegetables. Nice toaster. Tasty salami. Slices of cheese, wrapped in plastics, were messy to unwrap. The cappuccino was good, but not super duper. All in all - it was a good breakfast. The rooftop terrace with a bar was great. Cosy with some 7-8 tables. The view was fantastic with the sea to the west and the mighty rock to the east. Tasty drinks and very nice staff.

The hotel took care of our rental car - as agreed over phone in advance. It was very stressy to park the car on the side of the narrow street at arrival. Couldn’t the hotel take over the car immediately at arrival - without parking it to the side (to allow other cars to pass)?

The location was perfect. It was bit of a walk from the train but certainly not difficult. There is an elevator at the hotel which makes life so easy! It’s a stones throw from the sea front in the old town. All the main attractions are within an easy walk. La Giara has fabulous evening rooftop bar with amazing views of the cathedral and La Rocca. There are restaurants in the next street that have great food and are perched over the rocks with waves gently crashing. What a lovely lunch we had! Great location and lovely staff.

Comfortable, in the center of Cefalu where all is within walking distance. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Hotel has an elevator. We parked outside the ZTL zone in the direction of the port.

Originally I booked a economy double/twin room and selected the twin option. This wasn’t available which is annoying of booking that I can select the twin, it’s the reason I booked this room. Eventually we payed extra and upgraded to a triple room.

Classy surprise package in an amazing central Medieval town position, despite that, fairly quiet street (on which I had a balcony). Friendly helpful staff, well finished and maintained building, good street presence, everything works. The rooftop terrace bar an absolute standout must-do!

Hard to fault really, other than the double bed being two singles pushed together. Breakfast ok but nothing more

The location of this place was excellent right in the old town and close to restaurants. It was also an easy walk from the train station. The staff were welcoming and the breakfasts very good.

It would have been more comfortable to have some umbrellas on the roof top terrace. This would have made for a more enjoyable space in the heat of the day, otherwise all good

The owner was cold, detached and not welcoming. Owner demanded an additional €25 penalty fee for change of date on original booking and after a very heated argument and protecting our case she refused to relent citing house policy. Beware, mistakes in booking with this property are costly.

The argumentative owner and bad experience at reception

Right in the heart of Cefalu historical centre, minutes away from beach. Location is so central, no car is required during your stay. Rooftop veranda was lovely. Breakfast was good, with a selection of sweet and savoury items to choose from. The owners and staff were all so welcoming.

Everything was perfect

Staff - mostly a hot family. The room is large and very comfortable. It can't be a better location. Of course, I will go there next time as well.

More soap at the bathroom... that's all

The Hotel is located in the very centre of Cefalù and just a short walk from a beautiful beach and all amenities. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage, the air condition worked really well, the room was cleaned daily to a high standard and everyday we had plenty of fresh towels. Continental breakfast had plenty of choice, staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed.
