I kinda fell in love with the staff, she was amazing. I felt at home, I felt like I was in a bed & breakfast, not a hotel. The decor of the lobby and cafe looks great, it’s a semi-deco aesthetic.

We loved the twenty or so different cakes for breakfast! And the whirlpool! Also, the staff was extremely dedicated and helpful to make our stay as good as possible!

The weather - but that is not on the hotel…

great location and easy to find parking, very clean and the breakfast was delicious good balance between sweet and savoury.

The staff was very attentive.

There was a breakfast buffet but you needed to be served. It makes it complicated. I understand that it was done because of COVID, but I doubt the health effect

I'm sure this used to be a very nice hotel, as its interior looks to have high potential overall and is impressive in some areas, however I think that it needs serious overall investment to get to a level which I was expecting from a 4* hotel. I personally had a feeling of being in the 90s and I hope it was just our room that looked that way. The staff was very nice though, which helps a lot.

It's near the city center and the personal is really nice.

The air conditioning mentioned here on booking.com is a lie. It wasn't working and when I ask the personal they said they only turn on for heat in the winter.

At first they gave us a room without aircon consider in Italy it's summer now. And for a 4-star hotel it's a disgrace offering room with no A/C. But they changed my room late at night because I complained. There's no wide variety of selection for breakfast for a 4-star hotel like Grand Hotel Milano. I'm a premium client of Booking and have checked-in into many places but here breakfast is disgusting. But I compliment the woman who served our breakfast, she's kind. The lady at the reception this morning July 3, 2022 asked me again to pay the whole amount I paid when I booked. She said it's not written anywhere that I paid. I showed her my Booking app and it says "paid" so she double checked and she confirmed I was right. I'm not satisfied with the service and gestures especially the woman at the reception.
