Property is in a good location with a great pool and view of the sea. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. It was bar far the best service we’ve ever received in all of our travels in Europe. Our room was very clean and a good size for the price.

The property is by the train tracks and our room faced the tracks so we could hear the trains go by. It wasn’t too loud but we could definitely hear it. The quality of breakfast was good but the coffee was undrinkable. The restaurant food was pretty average. You can get a better pizza at the train station. The salad was not fresh and the quality of ingredients was low especially for Italy and for the price we were paying. The bed had 2 mattresses so there was a gap in the middle.

The place is really nice. The breakfast restaurant is amazing, it's with a sea view. Food is great, croissant with chocolate is the best. Pity there was only 1 piece left and on the 2nd day not even one was left by the time we got there. Good hair dryer. Great location. You are straight at the lungomare that is very long and there are really a lot of restaurants and beautiful view. Hotel has nice, comfy couches and armchairs in lounge zone. Quite expensive cost of 1 night. Young guy, receptionist was very helpful and smiley. Parking at the hotel is good, convenient, spacious.

The key of the room didn't work very well with the light, it was turning off many times so we had to reinsert the card several times until it works. Cocktail Torre Fara at lounge bar consists of 50 ml of drink and huge ice, that is not very nice.

There was no aircondition in the common areas, the hotel beach is a public one and really crowded, the parking cost money, the staff wasnt nice

The hotel is located in a quite place in Chiavari beach frontline but just minutes walk from lots of restaurants and bars on the promenade. Well designed and fresh rooms with all necesseties and comfortable bed and washroom. Breakfast was also great on a panoramic terrace and everything you need. Staff were helpful and friendly, thank you for your professionalism. The hotel is just 40 minutes drive from Portofino and St Margharita Ligurie, so we could easily get there to spend some time and enjoy the chic place. We found this hotel a real value for the money spent!

We a don't disturb sign on the door handle but when were coming back to the room we saw that a room maid just left our room. Maybe she was desperate to start the cleaning because it was 1 hour before the check out time but still.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, the building architecture is great, facilities are perfect, swimming pool, beach access a perfect 15 minutes walk to the old town. The staff was amazing and very helpfull, Mr Ali showed us around the property! We initially booked two nights but booked three more nights extra, we have booked four more nights as there not that many hotels like this, at the beach with this amazing service in Ligure. Oh and the breakfast simply amazing, staff was perfect, having breakfast overlooking the see towards Portofino.

The hotel is a superbly renovated art deco building from the 1930s with great views. Prime location in Chiavari which is one of my favourite places in Italy.

There was not enough wardrobe space, partly because the existing room configuration made it difficult for the interior architect. Secondly the "same day laundry" was disaster. Some items went missing and some returned items did not belong to me. Having said that I have to compliment the efficient hotel staff who made every effort and were able to resolve both situations.

I think, there is a big problem with hotels and apartments in Italy. But I was really surprised with this hotel. I expected much worse considering I am in Liguria :) - Great breakfast with different range of food - New furniture and everything stylish - Friendly professional staff Thank you for such a beautiful stay, we would definitely come back!

This Hotel is located in a very good spot. right on the beach, super clean rooms, Staff are absolutely amazing and always have a smile on their faces and are ready to assist. The pool is a good size and plenty of sun beds. the breakfast was a good selection and pool side food is yum. very happy overall.

We had the best time at this beautiful hotel! My favorite part was definitely the breakfast outside. So many options but the best part was the ocean view from the balcony and the breakfast room. The beach is right in front of the hotel and you can walk along the beach towards the city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby. The pool was already pretty cold but we were there in the first week of October and they even brought us drinks to the pool. The staff was really kind and the place was very clean and stylish with lots of displayed art. We'll definitely come back when we visit Italy again!

In my opinion 20€/day for a parking spot is a bit too much, but we were lucky and were able to park in the street in front of the hotel.

2 night stay. Room was good, spacious, bathroom specificly good. Bed was very good. Breakfast was good enough, could find everything needed. Swimmingpool nice. Bar onsite and staff very good, specially young girl in dinner and breakfast, did not get her name though. Good coctails in bar. Entrance from park to beach (stony beach) very smart, under the walkpath in front of hotel. Onsite parking for extra pay possible. Hotel it self is not the tower part of the building, only lower floors. 1-2 km away from mid-town if wanted to dine elsewhere or take train. Easy walk though. 10-15 minute train to Rapallo and Margarita bay, from there bus to Portofino regularly. Also short train to Genoa, Sestri Levante and La Spezia. Would return if in the area.

Had to complain about A/C touble (with pounding engine sound, room 108) and did not sleep much first night so our plan for long drive was not ideal, but hotel manager sorted out with fairness and we stayed another night for same price again (they had only better room available). That night was super good and room perfect! And also weird experience with waiter in restaurant... a lively man, probably great guy! We wanted just one dish each cause we were not that hungry. We thought he did not have some ingredient and wanted us to have something else instead. But then came two dishes for each... he was bit rude to his coworkers cause of this, that was unpleasant. But the manager sorted this also at chechout and we left satisfied.
