The breakfast is absolutely great! There is a lot of choice and the staff members are great, making you fresh coffee/cappucino etc. You can enjoy your breakfast outside.

Nothing. The hotel is absolutely great and there are many nice places in the neighbourhood such as Sestri Levante. I really recommend the hotel. The city/village of Lavagna as such is not that nice compared to the neighbouring villages (it seems that the municipality does not maintain the city as well as the neighbouring municipalities which are much more lively, have cleaner public toilets on the beach, better sidewalks etc).

The beds were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was so delicious-fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, eggs, bacon and different coffees and teas. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and kind and helpful. There was construction going on right outside our room but we never heard it. The room is quite soundproof. The air conditioning also worked very well. I would definitely recommend this place and I will return in the future.

We experienced one of the best Italian hotel services ever. Marco was just amazing. He was very caring, helpful and very nice. You can see he puts his heart in as it is a family business. The room was very specious and clean. The breakfast for very rich and Continental based. Close to the beach and the train station. We definitely recommend it

The only down side is that there is no air conditioning. But traveling though the Italian riviera I could see that it is a thing not to have them, and instead they have the fans

Noisy site construction next to the hotel. The rooms are tired and out dated. Fridge doesn't work. The room it doesn't look like in the photos. It looks like the communist hotel's. Probably it's from the 80's.

We try and stay here each time we are in Liguria. The hotel property is well maintained, the staff is exceptional, and they have a wonderful continental breakfast.

Truly loved everything about the property just sad that the pool they were affiliate with wasn’t operational not the fault of the hotel.

Great Breakfast in the garden with perfect Espresso and Cappuccino. Centrally located. Close to beach, railway station and restaurants.

3 Bed room is not looking to the Port, but due to A/C street and rail track does not matter.

The room we had for 3 people provided us with enough space to move around in and most critical during the Italian heat wave this hotel had air conditioning and access to the marina/port swimming pool which is right behind the hotel. Breakfast buffet is excellent and plentiful.

Truly liked everything - whenever we are in this part of Italy we stay here.

The breakfast was incredible, abundant and very fresh. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The area was disappointing, maybe it was the end of the season but the area outside the hotel was very quiet and tired looking
