The hostess is exceptionally kind and very helpful. She helped us a lot beyond the issues of the accommodation. Also, the accommodations are excellent; the room is wide, clean, and comfortable. The bed could not be better. The breakfast with bread, pastries, fruits, yogurts, juice, etc. was delicious. We want to thank Milena for the kindness she hosted us and Albania, who was always attentive at breakfast. The location is perfect for visiting Chiusi and the beautiful towns in the Val d'Orcia.

Milena is a exceptional hostess . The cleaning is very satisfying, the breakfast very nice, the position quite convenient for South Toscany, and Milena's suggestions for food, wineshop and guidance showed up excellent. She is very friendly and spend a lot of time to explain us everything. Value for money definitely (we stayed and in other places on our trip), we strongly recommend it. Thanks a lot Milena

Breakfast was lovely. Room was very pretty and spacious.

No full length mirror. Had to dress for a formal wedding with only a small mirror above the sink to do make up and hair. Shower beautiful, but lacked a spot to put toiletries. Had to perch them atop a high brick ledge nearby.

Even though the weather was bad, we had a good time here. Milena was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I can only recommend the accommodation. Chiusi is a nice town, well worth seeing.

Wonderful farmhouse in a middle of green valley between fantastic destination of Umbria and Toscana region, near to famous Chianciano Terme and in the heart of beautiful picturesque Val D’Orcia. The location is so perfect! The ancient farmhouse is so huge and comfortable with big parking spot and beautiful tree around. it is just by the road so you may easy drive in. Me and my friend received super warm welcome from charming, helpful and very knowledgeable household Milena! Best host! She provided many good advices what to do and what to see and suggest perfect option for a dinner in zone. I also need to say that during the night we manage to see all the night stars sky from the room. We enjoyed the design, beautiful pictures in our suite, the ancient window and selling and modern bathroom solution and so comfortable bed! I really like my comfy sleep. Breakfast was very tasty, everything we asked for was delivered: fresh bakery, cakes, biscuits, fruits, juices… and if You prefer some solty things like prosciutto and cheese! all fresh and tasty! The atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant, we even don’t like to go… but we have a nice farewell and hopefully we will come back again! so I advice this charming house for more than one day stay, relax, well breathing and regeneration..

Beautifully converted barn/outbuilding in lovely grounds in a gorgeous part of Tuscany. The staff are extremely welcoming and pleasant and make sure you enjoy your stay, making calls on our behalf to see if restaurants/wineries are open etc. Meats, cheeses and cakes for breakfast with juice and coffee. super clean and comfortable! we had a car and there was free parking on site.

The room was wonderful, and very quiet. Milena and staff went above our expectations making us feel right around home.

The only thing I would suggest would be to add a kitchen hand towel as we did some dishes but nothing to dry your hands with.

Even with our GPS the place was difficult to find and is located on a very busy road. However the host contacted us and helped us. There is free parking on site.

Wonderful studio, comfortable bed and shower. We booked in the way from Bologna to Rome, just for the night, and Milena called us to give necessary instructions, and everything was perfect. I definitelly recommend it! Breakfast delicious!

The staff were informative and very friendly, the rooms comfortable, clean and roomy. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and very good quality. All in all a lovely experience. Thoroughly recommend this B&B.
