Great Family experience. The room was larger than any I've had in Italy for the price. Excellent Internet 50gb down 20gb up!!!! Exactly off the Autobahn so quick to drive to and leave from. Parking was in the shade, which is important in the summer. Just it is a little tricky to find the hotel entry. It has two other Hotels surrounding it. Be sure to look up above the trees to see the hotel sign :)

Needs a little better sign to find the hotel. I had to drive around the building a little to be sure it was the correct hotel. But worth ever penny to stay at!!

24 hour reception which is really important when you’re traveling. Easy and friendly check-in, very clean, good WiFi, soap and shampoo provided, private well-lit parking, excellent breakfast, close to highway exit.

Breakfast was a full buffet in a lovely dining room.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Rooms are small but there are comfortable sitting areas in lounge areas. Internet worked well so I spent a few hours working while my spouse went to sleep. If you like very firm beds then you would like the beds we had.

Could use more than 1 chair in the room. Pets are allowed so if you are a pet lover you will like this. If not, we did not appreciate the barking dog when owner was not with the pet, but we did get our room moved with no issue.

Location was good and room overall was clean.

One of the elderly male staff member was rude and unfriendly. Asked us to use an iron in the common reception and not carry it in our room. The AC was off for sometime but he didn't accept it and said it was working. After the complaint, it was switched on back again. The fridge in the room was very dirty.

When coming from the North, you have to exit the highway and drive through secondary roads for 50 kms. It is not the tipical nice Tuscnany landscape that you would enjoy while reaching the hotel. There is no restaurant at the hotel , thus a late arrival is an issue. I have paid through Booking, but I was also charged at the hotel. Though I was called afterwards by the hotel, instead of cancelling my payment at the hotel, Booking was requested to do the reimbursement, which it takes between 10 to 15 days. Think twice before you select this facility.
