We needed a B&B close to Palermo Airport at the end of our 2 week driving tour of Sicily. We had to catch an early morning flight. This little hotel at the western end of the airport near the beach served us very well. A big bonus was that it also had a very busy restaurant on the ground floor and that was a great send off to Sicilian food. The room was large and the bed was comfortable king size. After dinner we walked down to the beach. Would have been a nice beach during the daytime I think. Breakfast was standard Sicilian sweet pastry and bread roll.

Because we had the windows open it was a little noisy until the very popular restaurant closed at about 10pm but apart from that it was a very good value hotel with a standard Sicilian breakfast within 10minute drive of the airport.

The room itself is somewhat above average, good but not exceptional. However, the hotel restaurant is exceptional. The food is very well prepared, and service is friendly and fast. Many local inhabitants eat here regularly. The hotel is very near the airport, making this an excellent choice for the last day or so of your trip.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

il Pirata is close to the airport and easy to get to. Taxi service was easy to secure for a day trip to Palermo. Front desk clerk Sara was very helpful. The restaurant downstairs had a plentiful breakfast each morning and the lunch and dinner menu items were excellent. I recommend the Panelle for starters and Seafood spaghetti. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.

I wouldn't change anything.

Hotel is located very close to Palermo airport, about 10km. It's great choose if you have early morning or late night flights. Our room was spacy, clean. Good wi-fi. There is elevator, so it's easy to carry luggage. And there are parking lot near hotel. Staring from 7am you can get italian breakfast - hot drinks, juces and some pastries. Must admitt - there are great, local style restaurant - very tasty, fresh food. For sure we will return here again.

Only minus - you will hear every sound from corridor - when someone arrives, returns from restaurant or is leaving hotel.

Economical, clean, not fancy but comfortable. Convenient walking distance to beach and town. Short taxi ride (20 minutes) to airport. Nice restaurant on site. Breakfast included with room. Helpful staff, fluent in English.

Bathroom sink was tilted away from the wall so toiletries slid off. Minor inconvenience, not a major flaw.

This was an unexpected surprise as we only needed one night of accommodation close to the airport. There was a beautiful beach 3 minutes walk down the road and the restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

The accommodation was good, the staff was friendly and professional. No complaints about the service. For dinner we had fresh fish in the restaurant below the room, we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Finally that I felt the real Sicilian atmosphere after 4 days of traveling around the island. I thank the staff of the hotel and restaurant.

The Hotel has parking space outside which was great. Food at the restaurant was really good, likewise service from the staff. The room was spacious and bathroom was clean.

The room was very basic, no frills but no complaints for the price. There was no mini fridge. Noise from the dinner crowd downstairs was quite loud.

This hotel is quite close to the Palermo airport. We had to turn in our rental car and the manager kindly arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. It was a real plus that the hotel has a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor. The food was exceptional. The hotel is a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Only a couple of hundred meters straight walk to the beach and harbour. It has ample parking and an excellent restaurant. Also very convenient for Palermo airport if you are looking for an overnight stop.
