I highly recommend this hotel... The hotel was absolutely breathtaking, thoroughly cared for, especially the garden, daily-watered natural green turf and impeccably pruned trees and plants. The indoor spaces, including the rooms and common areas like the restaurant and reception, were equally gorgeous. The furniture in the rooms and throughout the establishment was lovelyl. Adored the blend of various elements in the design. Tasty selection of dishes available on the restaurant's menu. Lets not forget the tasty breakfast, spacious pool and poolside area, along with amenities like a tennis court and on-site parking. Lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Additionally, the serene location was conveniently accessible and situated near all necessary amenities. If I return to Palermo, I'll certainly choose to stay there again.

I didn't expect much from an airport hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was great, the room was large, clean and comfortable. Grounds were lovely and they had a beautiful pool. I had expected more of a motel, but they had a lovely indoor/outdoor restaurant with excellent food. They were able to book a taxi to take me to the airport 15 minutes away for a very early flight. If I ever fly out of the Palermo Airport again I would definitely stay at The Magaagiari Hotel Resort.

There was not one thing that I could criticize about the Magaagiari.

This is a gorgeous property in a quiet beach town close to the airport. Our room was modern and clean and had a balcony view of the lovely pool area. The breakfast was very good and they will make you an omelette or fried eggs as well as the usual spread. The staff in the morning were friendly and helpful greeting us with smiles and making us feel welcome.

Some of the staff were not very friendly or welcoming. The front desk staff performed their tasks professionally but without so much as a smile and the same with the server at lunch.

The location was perfect for us - we were looking for somewhere near the airport. The local surrounding area was beautiful - beach and delicious restaurants within walking distance. When we decided we’d like to go to Palermo for the day the hotel were able to arrange transport for us. Atmosphere and staff made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Slightly larger shower or bath would have been ideal.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the time you wake up and are greeted by the friendly maids to the wonderful staff that makes you espresso drinks/hot chocolate with your breakfast to the pool guy who serves your drinks to Luigi who runs the restaurant (even made paninis for us poolside) to the front desk who always found us transportation at a low cost to the bar tenders in the front bar. The views are amazing! My wife and three girls lived at the pool every afternoon and it was paradise! We definitely felt like we were leaving family when we went back to St. Louis, MO.

It would have been helpful to get more information on how to get to the hotel from Palermo, and for advice on nearby restaurants/beach/supermarket. Floor was quite dirty although the rest of the room was clean.

Friendly staff, lovely territory, very spacious room, the restaurant was nice. There's also a tennis court on the premises. They also gave me a lift to the bus station at the end of my stay, no extra charge.

The wardrobe space is extremely limited, ok for one person, but inadequate for a couple or a family. The breakfast consisted mainly of carbs and sweets, some veggies and low-fat meats would be a necessary addition.

Great place to spend 2 nights/3 days relaxing after touring Sicily - an oasis of calm and good food close to the airport for our return trip home. Staff friendly and helpful, Luigi and the restaurant team provided very good service. Pool beautiful and perfect temperature set in a lovely garden. Always able to get a cabana and sun beds. Breakfast good choices, didn’t realise could order personal choices of hot food as wasn’t explained but saw others being served omelettes/bacon & eggs which weren’t available in hot tray. Airport noise barely intruded at all.

More variety of snack foods for pool lunch would have been great, just crisps and ice creams available. All menu options in restaurant delicious if a tad expensive. Good wine recommendations. Salad choices would have been a good addition.

This little oasis is very close to Palermo airport. After the Chas of Palermo this place was a peaceful reprieve surrounded by greenery. The food was delicious. There was plenty of parking. There’s a beach nearby. A great spot to unwind before you leave to go home.

The internet was spotty in our room. Too slow to watch a movie without buffering a lot. Other areas were better. The pool area was better than our room.

First day in Sicily so chose this hotel based on location. It’s 10mins from the airport and has parking. Facilities are good, though very expensive. €7 for a bottle of beer for example. Restaurant is also very expensive. We had a quick lunch for 2 adults and a child and it was €90. We soon learned most places across the island are considerably cheaper. Pool are is great and very relaxing.

Breakfast service is poor and they don’t check on you at all. We weren’t asked our name/ room number, or if we wanted anything other than the buffet. We had to order a coffee from the bar.
