Great apartment, in equally great location in central Citta di Castello. Very welcoming lady on reception, who even walked us to the reserved parking spaces. Marvelous place to hear the bells of Citta ring out over tiled rooftops. Very handy for cappuccino and brioche in piazza next to apartment.

I'm 6ft, that's not hugely tall, and the bed was a little short (also pillow a bit to big and unforgiving). For others this would not be a problem, I'm sure.

This is truly a beautiful and historic building in a perfect location in Citta di Castello. The room we stayed in was fantastic. The building itself is beautifully restored. And Elisa, who greeted us and helped us for our two-day stay was wonderful. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local tips in general. She even guided us to the hotel parking place in town personally. Thank you, Elisa!

The location in the center of the village was perfect. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower and very clean. The kitchen was adequately equipped although we didn't use it to cook. There's an elevator to its third floor entry.

A full length mirror would have been useful but not essential.

Everything. Simple, comfortable beautiful, authentic antica canonica. The convenience of being in the heart of the town with ready access but with the advantage over a hotel stay of lots of space and self catering. We have travelled widely in Italy for over 25 years. On of the very best places we have stayed. Large bathroom with a great shower. A wonderful restoration with modern facilities in a classic medieval setting. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Ready parking. Ideal for those interested in the art , history, Franciscanism, natural history and cuisine of the regions of Northern Umbria and Southern Tuscany.

Almost nothing- could use better light for reading

Location was right next to Duomo and the centre of medieval town. Our apartment was warm and spacious. Eliza our host was super helpful. Everything including details like the olive soap was lovely.

The internet was unreliable outside of the main living room.

The location was great! We stayed in huge apartments, big rooms and kitchen, very nice and helpful staff, we felt like royalty. Grazie mille Elisa and Lorenzo!

Wi-fi connection was available only at and near the reception. But we managed, thanks to the staff again.

It is a lodging travelers dream about. The suite was spacious, the decor simple but fitting into the whole of the structure. Special attention was paid to the lovely soaps and shampoo. We felt welcome and respected. A return is in the future. Five stars.........

very nice appartment with a great location

instructions were a bit. vague, like how to enter after office hours was not clear but after a phone call with the manager it was sorted out. similarly on check out no instructions and no follow up so we just left as we assumed the right way to do it.

Wonderful historic palazzo, lush bathroom, delightful host.

We knew there would be no aircon on booking, but in the exceptional heat (40+) it was hard to keep the room cool. Fans and advice on when to open the shutters/windows helped.

Great location in Cittá di Castello. Functional and spacious one bedroom apartment. Easy check in.

If you're planning to cook you will need to provide everything - including oil, salt & pepper.
