Quiet area Really friendly staff Great breakfast Italian style and European style Spacious room Very clean

Bathroom was tiny the shower itself was very very tiny. When you arrive you feel like you got scammed because two apartment buildings are still under construction. You need the car to get to a restaurant or any shops

It’s a new property away from the Main Street. A group of 4 buildings where the rooms are. Part of the property still under construction but it presents itself very well with well kept garden yards at the front of the buildings and tables and chairs on the terrace by the reception, lovely in summer I am sure. To welcome you will be ready a welcome drink. Glass of red wine for us. The room was clean, very firm comfortable bed and for the smokers a good size balcony. Breakfast is ok. As I like coffee in the morning I was surprised by the automatic Lavazza coffee machine. Very good coffee comes out of it. Pastries, cakes, cereals and the usual cured meats and cheese that you find in most of the hotels. Very clean kitchen in the breakfast room

It’s a new property so they will need time to create I think a better space for the breakfast. More space. Maybe in summer time tables outside on the terrace could available for this meal. Other than that all very good.

If you have a car the location is perfect to visit all the surrounding area without the discomfort of city center, which you will not visit a lot anyway. The staff in this hotel are amazing, i had a late check in with my family and we arrived after 1:30am, it was a smooth self check in with clear instructions. AC works fine, but with automatic sensor, so it is not always on, yet the room temperature is stable. We did not have breakfast during our stay so i can't write about it. In general, great for it's value, very respected and helpful staff, and best location to visit lake Garda, Milan, and other areas.

Lovely selection of toiletries Very comfortable bed Fabienne on reception was very welcoming and helpful and while we waited for registration she got us a glass of wine ! The next day Christiano was there and he also was very welcoming and kind

The view on approach was a building site - we were a little worried! But the lovely receptionist told us they were finally getting the work done to convert it from a 20 room to a 40 room property—work was significantly delayed due to covid

The hotel is located in a very quiet area of town and there was no noise at all to disturb our sleep. The the room was brand new and spacious with a spotless bathroom as spacious as the room. Breakfast was complete and plenty. The staff was helpful and gave complete directions to get into the town. Although some expansion is underway no sound and dirty was noticed during the 3 days we stayed there. Considering the place as reclusion location to relax after a busy day we lef the car into the free parking at the hotel and used the buses that comute to the city. Don't be afraid of using public transportation because they are new, clean, frequent and stops less than 100 meter away from the hotel entrance.

Be aware that the hotel is a bit far away from the city center were most of the tourists would stay and a little on the hidind behind other properties. Check my comments on the pros of that, above.

The hotel is next just off the autostrada, which is very convenient. The staff are extra friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and very spacious. There's a good selection of Italian breakfast.

The signage going to the hotel should a bit more obvious from the road. Luckily, I have extra pair of eyes on the look out, otherwise it is not easy to be seen in a dark rainy night. Walls are quite thin, therefore, can hear the neighbours quite well....

The staff is very helpful . The breakfast staff was extremely kind and kept repeating me please take some more bread or cake for the child.The room was very clean , very clean bedding,, the toilet was extremly clean.i would highly recommed them and plus you dnt have to worry about parking problems as if you go in to the main city center and you never find parking in those hotel there but here very good space for parking as well.

We couldn’t land in a better place for our overnight stay as the hotel was very close to the motorway exit. Travelling by car through three different countries, we've booked accommodation about 2hrs upon arrival. The receptionist gave us a lovely warm welcome and we were offered a very nice wine as a complimentary welcome of the house! Apart from the location, slightly outside the center, everything with the spacious room (with balcony), friendly staff and services was simply flawless. The "breakfast room" was a small room providing continental breakfast amenities and you could choose on a great variety of food, put it on a tray and sit outside on the patio to enjoy your breakfast. My reason for the "Very Good" rating -> it is an unfinished project as there are still two other buildings under construction - to be excellent the whole hotel complex needs to be finished! We absolutely recommend hotel Rossovino for a short break or an overnight stay. If we ever travel through the region of Como again, we happily be back :-)

Although the boxes in the underground garage might fit big SUV's., I couldn't park our SUV in such a box as I was not able to get out of the car without scratching the door on the concrete walls. Therefore I parked outside the premises with all the other cars of fellow travellers who also stayed at the hotel.

Breakfast was enjoyable and full of food options. The attendant was very diligent in keeping up with a large number of customers. There was plenty of ample off street parking both in and outdoors. The location was very quiet and off busy roads. They may want to add a sign directing customers to their off street location.

We had to "lug" two full suitcases up a winding set of steps to the second floor.
