Simone, the Manager was so helpful in sorting out hassles with an airline ticket, and problems with booking. com 10 mins easy walk to old town. Beautiful old stone farmhouse converted into Boutique Hotel. Best accomadation in 8 weeks travelling Italy.

1 small thing Was when staff cleaned upstairs rooms, they dragged the heavy chairs on the balcony round Creating lots noise fairly early in the morning. But very minor annoyance

Absolutely fab hotel, 5 minutes walk from old town so lovely and quiet. Very pleasant and helpful staff and breakfast was really good. Spacious room and bathroom (we chose superior room on ground floor) and travelled early October 2023 when weather was glorious!

Nothing to complain about apart from perhaps a proper cup/mug for tea in the bedroom rather than paper. I'm sure they would have obliged had we asked though!

Great location. lovely staff. Very large room and bathroom. Big comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Excellent WiFi. All modernised to a very high standard while maintaining original features.

A minor quibble but not sure what can be done about it. I was in an Executive room, below the breakfast area, and from 7.30 sleep was pretty difficult because of chairs scraping across the stone floor. Perhaps rubber feet?

The room was attractive, comfortable, and quiet. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean, excellent daily housekeeping. Amazing breakfasts. Comfortable shaded seating to relax with a book or a drink. The historical building has been painstakingly and beautifully renovated. The hotel is very close to town, so it’s easy to walk to beaches, restaurants, historic town center, etc. Exceeded our expectations — highly recommended!

Nothing — everything was perfect.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, both quality and selection; the breakfast staff were friendly and so helpful with suggestions as to nearby attractions; location was fabulous, rooms very clean; good quality linens; rooms fully renovated

No sound insulation between our room and the next; we were also next to the kitchen so lots of kitchen noises early in the morning; a bit too minimalist in that there are no drawers in the room (just open shelves and hangers) and no hooks and insufficient racks to hang towels in the bathroom or even just a wet swimsuit. No pool and spa closed due to renovations/remodeling

Excellent stay, rooms were beautiful and recently refurbished, brilliant hotel just a very short walk to all the restaurants and attractions in ottranto. Staff were very good, gluten free options for breakfast were no hassle, nearby parking for 3 euros a day was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Nothing, really was exactly what we were looking for.

This was a very comfortable room within a beautiful little spa hotel, about a ten minute walk from the historical centre. The room was good size with great facilities and very friendly & helpful staff.

This is is a minor point but worth mentioning....There was little outside space with our room which was not communal!

Great staff , hotel was in a great location 5 minutes walk from the old town & square, the rooms were clean & bright & breakfast was great with loads of choices of fruit , yoghurt, locally baked breads & cakes.

Couldn't really fault anything, its a 5 min walk to where you get free parking , no problems at all

Good location just 5 mins walking distance from the inner city. Very comfy, stylish, clean and quiet bedroom albeit without a window. Access to bedrooms is through a French window opening onto a private curtained space. Spacious bathroom. Nice staff. Great breakfast with lots of freshly homemade delicacies. Excellent value.

Parking available only in a nearby open air car park at a reduced rate.

Lovely building carefully restored. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, natural yoghurt and ample fresh fruits. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and most spoke good English. The air conditioning was more than able to keep our room cool even though it was 34-degrees outside!

No oats or muesli available at breakfast, but then again that's not a very Italian staple, so is to be expected.
