The perfect place to stay in Otranto! Incredible location, flawless rooms, delicious breakfast and the host, Luca makes you feel so welcomed and is exceptionally helpful providing lots of amazing recommendations. The location is amazing as it’s right in front of the castle which is also the entrance to the old town. Each room has balcony and all the equipment is pretty new. Everything was perfectly clean and the room was also cleaned every day. Luca and his sweet sister will arrange everything so you feel like at home. They have prepared the breakfast for us according to our wishes. I really appreciate that we could drop our luggage and check in earlier. Luca even arrange the free transfer to the central station when we were leaving. If you come by car you will get also the parking card so you are able to park right in front of B&B. I really would like to thank you for the amazing stay we had so we could enjoy our holidays at Otranto to the fullest 💗

It is a very clean, the rooms are cleaned everyday and to a high standard. The view from the breakfast space is lovely and location is very good

It is On the port side so if you want to visit the beaches then it’s a walk away. There’s also no shops near by like for water cigarettes etc. The room was very clean but many things were missing like little touches for ease and some big flaws for comfort and quality: No bin in room The tv Ariel was very poor and did not work many times in the day The smart tv had no apps downloaded and when we tried to use them the internet was too slow (these should be downloaded and signed in) The ac doesn’t work with any windows open so if u need to air out the bathroom ur ac will switch off o The bedroom balcony door needs curtains, it only has a shutter and even with that fully down the room is very bright after sunrise There was no blanket etc provided and when asked for one it was a thin bed cover The patio was “private” in that we had our own access but it was not private at all as it was parted with wooden small partitioning and also you could see into the neighbours kitchen The view from the patio was horrendous The room service wine was also very expensive at 20 euro for two glasses and a bottle of water After cleaning, the fridge was only topped up with a single non sparkling water bottle (small) everyday (for 2 people) There is no tea coffee facilities in the room and no box of tissues etc (only toilet paper) Just little things that make it less value for money and not a good sleep The pros are that both Luca and ciara are very nice people. Ciara, is especially very personable and easy going. The breakfast is decent and they don’t skimp on the portions and are very organised with the service. The place needs a lot more for it to be justifying or the rating on booking.com but maybe they will work these out with more time and experience but at the moment it is very basic in facilities and price should be lower
