We loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly especially on reception. Our room was large, two good size wardrobes, a safe, toiletries, fridge and a balcony with drying facilities. Decor is a bit dated but very much in the italian style you find in most hotels in Italy. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were really high quality. Air conditioning was a bit warm the first night and you can't really change the temperature in the room however if you go to reception they can adjust it for you and then it was great. Hotel is relaxing and quiet, the pool area was beautiful and peaceful, with lots of beds and chairs but it can get a bit busy later in the afternoon. We ate at the pool bar, the food was simple, a bit slow to come out sometimes but it was really tasty. They also have a good selection of drinks including proper coffees, beers, wines and icecreams. The pool was much larger than we expected a good depth all the way along and you can do a really good length when swimming. Lots of spaces for your car if you have one however again it does get busy in the later afternoon. The Hotel is so convenient for the town and beach it is literally a 5 min walk to the promenade with all the restaurants and bars and around 7 mins to the old town. We loved to walk down in the morning and then again at night to watch the sunset, get some drinks and then dinner. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

Braakfast had a good selection of different items however was a bit basic. I can understand why people didn't like it, we found it to be adequate but we have experienced better quality products in other parts of Italy. The fact we couldn't adjust our air conditioning was a bit annoying when we arrived and it would have been good to know a quick trip to reception can sort it out. Would be good if guests were informed of this on arrival or on the website.

The pool and the pool bar are great, the reception staff are very nice and helpful. We have also enjoyed the restaurant and the live music (some days of the week) is a very pleasant bonus. The location very close to the city centre and the port is extremely convenient. I liked the fact that the hotel has an agreement with the Alimini beach nearby (a great sandy beach) and you get to buy from the reception a voucher for front row sunchairs (and umbrellas). All in all it was a very pleasant stay, I would definitely go back.

There is a good selection of food for the breakfast, everybody will find something to eat in the morning, but a bit repetitive and for a 4* hotel, I've seen better. The cleaning personnel is not very helpful. I had to ask twice, two different cleaners, for a shampoo refill. But overall, really minor inconveniences.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with home made foccacia, delicious cakes and fresh fruit. Our room was very clean and spacious with a big balcony and very quiet. We location is great, in walking distance to the restaurants.

We were a bit disappointed bc the indoor pool was closed. We were told that at check in. When I booked the room the information was that there is an indoor pool which is open and can be used for extra charge and only the outside pool is closed til the end of April. It was a pity bc our child was looking forward to swimming.

Nice peaceful position in the town & yet just minutes to walk in to the lovely old town , port , beach & many many restaurants. Big rooms, lovely swimming pool. It was very clean everywhere. Nice friendly staff .

The breakfasts weren’t to our liking but that wasn’t their fault. Parking was a bit tricky.

Everything was exceptional could not fault anything the room was very comfortable big and shower was lovely. The breakfast was fine. Coffee machine was amazing. We used the spa facilities was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Maybe if I want to be critical then the breakfast could have been better but was fine. The restaurant staff were lovely.

Location was excellent. A short walk to the old town and harbour, very convenient. Free and readily available parking is fantastic. This is one of the main reasons we chose to stay here.

The hotel itself looks a little tired and old through the corridors. Some nice prints might help distract from this.

Often had large tour groups in and hence breakfast was chaos. Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room. The room had a lock that often didn’t lock.

Great breakfast with fresh pastries and even fruit. Delicious coffee as well. Close to the center of town and lots of space. Friendly vibes.

The room was automatically set to 18 degrees Celsius, which was absolutely freezing and hard to change. (not to mention concerning given the need for energy conservation). The door to the bathroom also keep getting stuck on the floor, which was a bit of a nuisance.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. More hangers would help as no iron in room but asked reception who provided a steam iron but no ironing board.
