So close to the bus station, which is important to us as we take it to Arp Nouvaz to continue TMB after a rest day. Our 4th floor room has balcony that has stunning views of the mountains and distant glaciers. Breakfast from 730am has bacon, salami, boiled eggs scramble eggs, and lots of dessert options. Coffee, tea, juices, and wait staff offer espresso and cappuccino. It is a great value to have breakfast included. And it is close enough for us to walk to grocery stores and restaurants.

Breakfast was ample and sometimes included bacon and eggs as well as the usual pastries, cheese, ham and fruit etc. Location for the Main Street, shops, restaurants etc was excellent at just a few minutes walk. The location was about a ten minute walk to the main cablecar lift but there was a jeep shuttle service (payable) that we used each day. Friendly and helpful staff.

Our room had a good shower but no bath, not a big issue however.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff on the reception. Provided a lot of valuable advice for hiking and sight-seeing. Location very convenient, 5 min walk from all buses and shopping Beautiful hotel garden/patio for relaxing after the hikes

All was perfect My room was quiet (on the back of the hotel) but Some rooms on the front side (facing Mt. Blanc) are close to a major road ...

We were visiting Courmayeur from Chamonix just for the day, but the tunnel was shut down early due to an accident, so we found ourselves (pleasantly) stranded in Courmayeur for the night. The location of the hotel is great, just a couple minutes' walk from the main bus station and the main part of town. The front desk hosts were gracious, friendly, and helpful. Our room was small, clean, and comfortable with nice artwork and included a balcony with a perfect view of the gorgeous mountain scenery. We were facing the main highway, but there was virtually no traffic after dark. We asked about being able to turn on the heat for our room; it was hard to follow the exact explanation, but at this time of year (late September) it seems it isn't yet legal to have the main heating system turned on (not allowed by the town? the state? we don't know). The front desk was very sympathetic to us feeling cold (they could see from their monitors our room was 18.5 C/65 F, which they explained is considered room temperature), especially since we had only brought the hiking clothes we were wearing. They immediately brought two heavy wool blankets to our room to supplement the nice comforter on the bed. For dinner, we were able to easily walk to a nearby restaurant, La Bôite, that was charming and delicious. The hotel's breakfast spread was a photo-worthy arrangement of all sorts of delicious savory and sweet options, fresh fruit, and espresso beverages made to order. The hotel also has artwork, furnishings, and decor that tastefully and beautifully highlight the heritage of the local area and specifically the family running the hotel.

Not being able to turn on the heat in our room, but we understand it was out of the hotel's control, and their solution of heavy blankets was all we needed.

We were on the Tour du Mont Blanc hiking and as camping in Italy was complicated, we gave up one day and just booked something on booking, we were in a very bad mood when we arrived, and then everything changed... it became one of our highlights of the trip. The location and the room was great, everything as it should be. The decor is very interesting and really worth to look around, as there are many art pieces from local artists. What we appreciated even more, was how welcomed we felt, even if we arrived with backpacks and dirty boots. Food was amazing, come and eat here even if you don't find a room here. Breakfast was made of local products and home made cakes, it's been a long time since i have seen somebody putting so much love and care in a breakfast. Congratulations for all you have done with your hotel, we had an incredible stay, and we don't even regret our forced break from the Tour du Mont Blanc :)

Everything was more then great

Slightly on the edge of town but still only 10 mins walk to the the main lift and high street. Sofia and Luca were always available for transporting us to and from the main ski lift. We booked bed and breakfast but had 3 evening meals in the hotel because the food was very good.

Our group was 11 and nobody had any dislikes. This was a great find, a very very nice hotel and staff.

It is a beautiful Alpine lodge with a beautiful history that the staff shared with us. It is a perfect location to get around town and to the bus station. We had a lovely balcony and plenty of space in the room. The staff provided a lot of great recommendations. I would stay here again, but hopefully there would be better snow for skiing next time!

The shower was a bit small and the bathroom could use a fan.

Friendly helpful staff who appeared to be very knowledgeable about area and always willing to assist and share knowledge. Good food, with 3 course evening meal and three choices for each course. Room had all the basics, and was well presented.

Nothing really. A snow brush outside at the front door would be a good idea to clean footwear before entering perhaps.

Sophia, the owner, is a young entrepreneur who has taken over the hotel from her uncle. Because she grew up going to the hotel, the hotel has a very personal touch balanced well with good design in the outside area. Sophia also has a passion for good local food and she always has time to explain where the food is grown or made. I had one memorable late night sipping the different grappa from the area including her own home made grappa.

The hotel is dated, but Sophia and team are updating it step by step.

We loved this hotel. We booked it as a stop on our TMB and the staff were fantastic. We arrived early and our room was ready for us. They did all our washing for us in three hours and we had a delicious meal cooked for us by Roberto the chef. They couldn't do enough for us. We would highly recommend them
