Service: As a family run business, this hotel sets the standard. They’re personable, accommodating and wonderfully gracious. My wife and I have taken many ski vacations within Europe the past several years and this is the hotel by which we hold all others. Location: Close enough to walk to the pedestrian via in town, the hotel is located perfectly to amazing bars and restaurants while still being off the main path and quiet. Ski Shuttle: Talk about making a ski vacation simple. They offer personalised shuttle service to and from the mountain. Makes everything super easy; just do t forget your poles! Breakfast: With a beautiful spread, you’ll start your morning off right. They make delicious eggs to order along with a variety of other breakfast delights. Afternoon Tea: After a full day of skiing, it’s feels so cozy to have a warm cup of tea and something sweet at the end of the day. Bonus points if you have this by their cozy fireplace.

Room was lovely, people were really helpful. Some nice areas to spend time - billiard table, TV room, lounge/bar, small gym and sauna/steam room area. Breakfast was good, though not extensive or variable in choices every day.

Complimentary tea/coffee was in form of a kettle and instant, and in paper cups, in the billiard room - nothing in the room. Would have been nice to have fresh coffee/tea served from the bar in proper cups post ski-ing

Excellent small hotel in the center of town, just a few minutes walk from Via Roma. Service is super friendly: they offer a free and convenient shuttle car to and from ski lift. It runs flexibly. Breakfast was great with many alternatives. The hotel has a sauna and a steam room too. Bed was super good! We got a late check out on our departure day. This was highly valued by us since we were able to ski in the morning and shower afterwards. This hotel is great value for money.

The hotel is very conveniently situated. I had a single room and it was exceptionally comfortable and well-equipped for a single, including a large single (or small double) bed, desk, wardrobe, and spacious balcony. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I took up the offer (extra cost) to have clothes laundered before I went out for an evening meal, and when I returned I was presented with a basket of them fully washed, dried and folded. Breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of choices, including lovely cups of fresh fruit, and several hot options available to order. The interior spaces of the hotel are also very inviting and relaxing.

The bathroom was a little bit tight but perfectly functional

So helpful, clean and lovely staff who provided us with all the information we ever needed, booked restaurants, provided maps and guidance of nearby ski resorts and had a characterful Land Rover shuttle drop and pick up service.

Nothing to fault. If they maybe had a pool that would be the cherry on the cake but the steam and sauna rooms is all you need!

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location, close to the charming pedestrianised part of town and with easy access to the Dolonne bubble lifts (thanks to a free shuttle service from the hotel). The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and even helped us when our rental car had a flat tyre. Breakfast was delicious, too. We hope to return very soon!

The hotel is just near the Courmayeur’s pedestrian street.The staf was very nice,the owners were very attentives.We traveled with our dog and they arranged for us a table near the breakfast room where we could stay all together (with the dog) and have breakfast.At every 30 minutes they have a shuttle to the skilifts.The breakfast is very good,the rooms are sparkling clean and everything was perfect for us.If we will go again in Coumayeur we will definitely stay at hotel Croux.

This is a nice place to stay, it’s close to Via Roma, and not a long walk to Club Cormayour/Ski Lift/Gondola. If you do not like to start and end a day or several og skiing, with a walk. do not worry, they do have a great level of service, they’ll drive you over, and pick you up, any time at the day. Nice staff, my guess it’s a familie hotel, with quite some experience. If I ever go back to Cormayour, this will be one of my preferreed places to stay. It is also pretty close to the Bus Stop/Touristinfo Office, and what ever else in Cormayour.

One minute walk to shops and restaurants, brilliant land-rover service to the cable car which was a 4 minute drive away, boot warmers for ski boots, tea and biscuits in the pool room, plenty of communal rooms to play board games, sauna and steam bath after skiing, helpful friendly English speaking staff on reception, free parking, warm, clean comfortable spacious rooms. Loved our quadruple room so that our children were close but we could close the door between us.

Very helpful staff who provided excellent advice on hiking in the area and went above and beyond to provide coffee and food in the wee hours to accommodate our early departure.

Room was very clean, but was quite small and hot. No fans were available and single window did not provide enough air circulation to allow us to cool off at night. Walls seemed thin as we heard a lot of sound from other rooms.
