The Locanda is located in the fields of Rovereto. The villa is beautifully maintained with stylish rooms, as beautiful as the pictures in the listing. After a long day of cycling the bike could be washed and stored safely for the night. Beds are comfy and waking up to the sound of birds and rain makes it a place to rest and relax.

La locanda nel frutto is situated amongst the tomato and melon fields. The former farm and former restaurant was renovated into guestrooms and reopened recently to host travellers and events. We were received by Rosella for our 1 night stay and were the only guests that night. It was perfectly quiet during the day and at night, everything new and clean, the pool to ourselves, access to cold drinking water. Breakfast consists of coffee, italian juice, toasted bread, cheese, ham, eggs, jams and home made sweet pies. Watermelon would also be nice! For dinner we drove to Carpi and had endless gnocce & tigelle on the terrace of Il Malto (typical for Emilia Romagna). Because new guests were expected much later the next day, we were allowed to check-out late and could spend some more time at the pool. Thanks Rosella!

We really liked our stay. After a long drive we arrived at La Locanda nel Frutteto, after a pleasant welcome we were shown our rooms (we had two rooms with four). The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. After we settled had a nice swim in the pool that is located in a beautiful and very big garden. We had dinner at ristorante Due Barchi in San Possidoni what could have been from the same owner...again very good ;-)

Really cannot think of anything. Yes, maybe a honesty bar where you can grab a beer and write it down in a book, that is charged at check out. But it is a Bed & Breakfast, and at that it is very good.

Cozy rooms, wonderful nature around, peace and tranquility. we were never able to get to the pool, because of work matters... but the view was beautiful. thank you for the breakfasts and for the beauty!

Really warm welcome, super clean and comfortable room, it felt like it was brand new renovated. It was a bit foggy when we stayed, but the domain was beautiful and I can imagine it’s even better in summer. The host recommended some nice places for food and a lovely reception at the traditional balsamic vinegar maker across the road, we loved it.

It is a a beautiful place to stay. The location is super clean. Everything is totally new. The rooms are just beautiful and the interior in the rooms are super modern and mediterran. The bathrooms are awesome. In this location you get everything what you need to relax and come down after a hard working or travelling day. We will visit this location in the future more and more on our business trips to Italy 🇮🇹 Even for events it is super or weddings 👰 etc.

The place was a very beautiful old but renovated house in the fields, close to nature, with many comforts - very good coffee and nice breakfast were available, there was a swimming pool too. It's perfect for a family celebration or a wedding.

We loved our stay at this newly opened b&b with spacious, clean rooms and a very nice swimming pool. Very welcoming and helpful host. Nice breakfast with good coffee and homemade cake. Free parking on site. Highly recommended!
