Great value for money. We got a quiet, clean, well equipped and comfortable room with two separate beds. A very generous breakfast was excellent for starting our day. We traveled by public transport and the bus stop was around the corner - maybe 3 minutes by walking.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center - it takes about 40 minutes by public bus to get there. For us, it was not a problem apart from Sunday when we left and wanted to catch our train in the morning. Our regular bus wasn't operating on Sundays, and we had to take a walk to another bus line stop. We were under a little pressure to get to the train station and got there on time. However, we were not sure if we were going to make it. Of course, the hotel cannot fix this inconvenience and usually, it is not a problem, however, if you are traveling by public transport, you need to take it into consideration.

Car-Parking at the hotel and a shopping center are just around the corner, close to the highway, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, whether at check-in or room cleaning.

No boiled eggs for breakfast, which you would expect in a 4-star hotel. The hotel is located outside the city, and the last bus from the city center to the hotel is around 8:30 PM. It’s best to arrive by rental car. Also, the bus costs about 10-15 EUR per person from the airport to the city center and then another 2 EUR per person to the hotel.

We stayed at the Prestigious Roomz and they were clean, beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was massive and clean. The party venue was execellent. Staff were friendly and some able to speak English. Bus 89 is accessible to get to the town.

The knob for the rain shower at room 129 was faulty. We reported it and we were told that they will send someone to fix it but for the 6 days we were there, nobody came to fix it. When we ordered room service, the bar and the reception got mixed up with the orders and I need to chase our orders 5x and they finally delivered our food after 1.5 hours of waiting. In return, they offered a discount for the incovenience.

Perfect location outside South of Bologna, if you are driving and you want to have 2/3 days of total relax and good food, stua here. Claudio, the receptionist, was really nice during the check-in . We arrived really late and he gave us all necessary information for our stay. Breakfast was exceptional, with local food, artisan cakes, different options between sweet and savoury foods.

We stayed just one night and we haven't found any problems

Everything was generally very good. Good sized room, good shower. Rooms cleaned very well. Had a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Huge pool, nice friendly staff. I wanted a late check out but couldn't get it because a large party was checking in that day. The reception staff were so apologetic that they couldn't meet my request they didn't charge me for the water I had from the fridge or the tea and coffee that we had in the hotel restraunt the evening before.

Not really anything I didn't like. Possible suggestion would be to put milk in the rooms for tea. I went to reception to ask for it and they gave it to me from their restaurant. Which was nice and helpful.

Very friendly staff, all doing their best to make your stay pleasant. We got a free welcome drink, such a nice gesture. The pool area is nice. The breakfast is really good.

We got an upgrade to a deluxe room - I dont want to see the "not deluxe" rooms; the bed was squeaky and the room rather small. The fridge was nice to have but barely cooled at all. We were surprised that you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool - I understand if you are visiting the pool for the day, but when you are a customer at the hotel? It's even 20 EUR.... (but maybe you can use the sunbeds without paying.... I dunno ;]..... ) Breakfast room is crowded and the staff cant keep up; we had to ask to get a table cleaned, ask for cups for coffee etc.

The hotel was clean and welcoming also the reception staff were very helpful and went above and beyond assisting me with call to a garage, very nice people.

We booked in the restaurant for an evening meal but the head waiter/manager who took the orders was so inept and he was confusing the staff from the time we ordered it took nearly and hour for the food to arrive. When we finished eating he then brought over a meal which we hadn’t ordered he was not happy, we waited again but no one asked how the meal was or even if we wanted anything more so we gave up on a dessert paid and went this lasted for nearly two hours. It was like a carry on movie.

I was upgraded to a recently refurbished room. The beds were excellent as was the whole room. The air conditioner was one of the quietest I've seen. Comfort was excellent. Breakfast was typical of hotels, i.e. plentiful with lots of variety. Very good. Staff was very professional and considerate. The swimming pool was excellent and was included in the price. Considering the pool and breakfast, getting a deal here is excellent value for money.

The only thing not quite possible with this kind of concept is a unique atmosphere. It looks and feels like a facility. But that's to be expected. And it was still quite pleasant.

The location is great, since there is a bus station taking you to the centre of Bologna around the corner. Staff was kind and helpful, room was clean, breakfast choice was adequate, coffe at breakfast made on request and very good.

The bread loafs at breakfast have to be some local variety, since it was rock hard, hard to slice and eat. Had to go for toast. Also, a bit disappointed the hotel management sent a goodbye letter practically begging / demanding a 9+ review, packed into a word salad...

Comfortable bed, clean room. Big free parking. Shopping mall and a restaurant nearby.

Very weak breakfasts (dry and cold scrambled eggs, cold sausages every day), limited choice (apart pastries). From time to time terrible smell from the sewage installation (mostly sink), also no ventilation in the bathroom. Electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work - you can't use your shaver etc. Poor WiFi - you can't work or use it smoothly. We had bad luck as there were some construction/renovation works closely, so since 8am every day we had loud noises - simply no way to relax.
