Staff were excellent. Room very clean and quiet. Good restaurant & nice location. Good bus service to centre of Bologna.

The hotel is predominantly for business travellers. Therefore the staff are often busy catering for the business clients during the day and in the evenings. Sometimes we felt they were too busy to cater for us and other non business clients. Whilst there is a lovely breakfast there is no possibility of snacks or a sandwich during the day. ( although I did notice a pool menu being available at the end of our stay) We were at the hotel for a family event and my son and his partner had a small baby. unfortunately their flight time was changed and they asked for a late check out which was unavailable ( fair enough) however we asked if the cot could be moved to our room so that the baby could have a sleep in the afternoon but the answer was that it was against hotel policy.

Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly . Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and even towels for the pool . Set on the outskirts of the city . Public transport once you get used to it was easy if you didn’t like us have our own car . Breakfast was fantastic . Pool area great including the pool snack / drinks bar .

The restaurant served nice food but was very expensive and you didn’t get much for your money . The menu could have been more varied too . Had a lot of insect bites even though I used insect repellent. Air conditioning wasn’t working one night but was sorted when we mentioned it a reception .

Room size, big TV, the pool and hot tubs etc, the food was exceptional, nice wine in restaurant, definitely have dinner there if you stay, the waiter was friendly and helpful. The girls on reception were really friendly and helpful and let us have a later check out at 2pm.

Air con wasn’t powerful enough so there was no escape from the humidity and heat which made it a little uncomfortable, if we were there for more than one night it would have been very uncomfortable. Maybe the hotel could put sun screens on the windows along the corridor of the junior suites as it was like a sauna.

Will definitely go there again. Even though our stay was really short we saw that the location is really nice. There are a lot of free parking areas, very close to rooms. We didn't even had to ask for a child chair during breakfast, they just brought one while we were getting food. Staff is friendly and always smiling. The location is huge and for sure during summer time it's even better than in March.

Some more variety on the breakfast would be nice, but it is all right (plenty of fresh juice to choose from, great sweets). Or rating for this would be around 8 out of 10, so pretty good.

+ Very nice hotel, like the resort, with a lot beautiful photo spots + Nice/ helpful/ supportive staffs (not just receptionist, one man, looks like a guard or maintenance staff), pro-actively supported us to visit swimming pool areas, though it had been closed during our stay...) + parking

- location, but it is okie by compensating with very nice decoration hotel and view - restaurant (not directly to hotel booking). the restaurant is inside hotel (same place of breakfast): foods are so so, expensive (I did compare with similar food/ level of restaurant in other restaurant we experience in our 14-day trip). Staffs looks not very nice (mightbe I came at the end of the day).

Amazing stay at this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped. Easy parking. Only 15mins from the airport. Bus 90 (bus stop 5 mins by foot) takes you into central Bologna within 20mins. Perfect for a city break. Breakfast was good and staff were very polite. We all loved the pool. Much needed in the high temperatures!

We had a very nice room with 2 full rooms and 2 balconies. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well in one room, but not so well in the other room. The pool was very pleasant. It was handy having a restaurant there since the location is pretty far out of town. The parking was plentiful & free. The staff was very nice and helpful. I felt the price was fair.

The property is a bit dated and the hallway to our room was very hot and long. The restaurant was handy, but they would do well to vary the menu more to entice guests to eat there. The water in the showers ran very hot, then very cold, etc. The pool and hot tubs were not very clear like they are in the photos. The pool was refreshing though.

Overall, the hotel was inviting, clean and comfortable, which serves as a reason to stay that far away from the city. The pool area was really nice, for small children as well. The breakfast was great. The city center could be reached by bus in 20min.

A little far from everything in the area as well as Bologna city center. Pool bar was overpriced for what it was.

All the mosquitoes bites I got even though the hotel advertised you wouldn’t get them! The barman at the pool was not friendly and rude. He told a man who was disabled, to move his wheelchair and the sun lounger he used to help him onto the wheelchair away from the pool. I was disgusted with that behaviour!

Very helpful front of hotel staff and restaurant/breakfast service was super friendly and courteous. Found in the onsite restaurant was amazing. Location handy to bus stop if you don’t have a car. Pool area was great.

Would have been nice for our son to have a full bed rather than a sofa bed to sleep on but it did the job.
