The room was beautifully decorated in the Baroque style, ceiling painted and a huge chandelier. The bathroom was very spacious with double shower. The room was very clean. Breakfast was substantial and very fresh, good bread, meats and cheeses as well as pastries, yoghurt and fresh fruit - and great coffee. The balcony overlooked the Bay of Naples, with views of Sorrento, Capri, Ischia and Naples, with a beautiful sunset each evening over Naples, breathtaking. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance. The lovely staff went above and beyond for us a couple of times.

The train station is just a little too far from the hotel to walk to (or just our age!) but there is a friendly taxi driver who is always available to take guests where they want to go.

An unbelievable experience! Everything is top notch, luxurious and comfortable 👌the moment one enters the gate and the door closes behind you,all your problems are left behind, you are being taken care of! Fantastic 👏 from the welcoming hosts,I have to mention Katerina Raiola who went over and above to make our stay comfortable, Kiko Raiola helpfull and protective,to the perfectly made beds( best mattresses, perfect pillows ♥ 👌..and the view from our balcony! I have never been so pleasantly surprised in my travels! History mixing with modern life. Waking up with a delicious perfume of freshly baked croissants and coffee, breakfast being served in a gorgeous space having ,you feel like royalty. Thank you Katerina and Kiko for having us,and to all who made our stay perfect 👌

The personel was the loveliest people! One day we were laying by the pool and the owner came over with a plate of fresh pasta with spear fish that he just made - just because he was excited about it and wanted us to try it. So welcoming and lovely. He was also very helpful with free parking and things that we could see. For dinner there is a very nice restaurant down the street, you just go to the main road, left and down a few hundred meters. Best ravioli I have tasted in my life! The breakfast had everything you need, and we loved how they prepared fresh coffee for us. You just asked for an americano, espresso, or cappucino. And what a stunning breakfast room!

We would have liked fresh fruit that wasn't whole with its peel, although that was nice as well. Other than that the breakfast was great.

Exceptional hotel all around, we liked the room that had an amazing decoration, the exceptional breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff. We booked at short notice and they were very helpful

Some of the facilities, like plugs and availability of instant coffee, I know we are in Italy and instant coffee is despised but for some of us we need in the morning before our cappuccino. Also the tone on the information sheet about consuming anything else than the provided in the room is a bit harsh, like “you drink your own bottle of wine you are out” or something like this. Also would be good to provide a wine bottle opener

Gorgeous hotel with lovely antique details in the rooms. This site's photos do not do it justice. The breakfast is incredibly good, the lounging area and small pool are nice too. There are restaurants within walking distance and you can also walk to the ruins of Herculaneum. We felt very safe waking around this suburban area. The staff helped us with ordering a taxi and then retrieving a left phone from the taxi (!!). We had the large top floor room #14 and it had a large living room, excellent primary bedroom with huge closets and very comfortable bed, smaller and slightly less private 2nd bedroom, good size bathroom with waterfall shower, and a terrace accessed through the bedrooms. There is also a quiet shared terrace on the top floor with excellent views of Naples.

Nothing! Or maybe that we booked only 2 nights. It was so comfortable, we wish we could have stayed 4 days.

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite with a stunning sea view, featuring a gorgeous terrace that offered perfect vistas of Mount Vesuvius, the Island of Capri, and the City of Naples. The breakfast was excellent, the internet was fast, and the hammam was delightful. Our host, Catarina, was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The ambiance felt like an ancient palazzo, with a magnificent bathroom and impeccably chosen interior decor. The cute dog of the house Tobia makes everybody smile :-)

As there is no private parking, you need to make sure that you do not forget to grab your daily parking ticket for 3€.

The charm and friendliness of the staff made this a perfect place to stay. We were made to feel welcome and taken for refreshments as soon as we arrived. The property is stunningly beautiful with so many original features. Spotlessly clean, exceptionally good aircon. Beautiful spacious room, we had a balcony with views across the bay. The accommodation was quiet. I made use of the sunken pool which was wonderfully relaxing. Breakfast was superb, nothing too much trouble for any of the staff, great coffee, food fresh. 20 mins walk to visit Herculaneum, we returned along the waterfront which took 20 mins also. Good range of restaurants in the area, we took advice from our hosts, Michele even dropped us to the restaurant😊 We travelled by train back to Napoli, again Michele dropped us with our luggage to the station, restores our faith in humanity, there are still some caring and fabulous hosts, this was a super end to our Italian tour.

Sad to leave 😢

We travelled a lot but this house is... one of a kind. Its absolutely fantastic! The whole house, every room, the garden, the breakfast cellar, everything is put together with great attention to detail and great taste. The whole staff is courteous, helpful and you have the feeling to be with friends. Yes, the house is a bit aside from Naples but we made a conscious choice to stay there. We wanted to sit in the restaurant next to real Neapolitans and surround ourselves with local people, instead of being in the city pushed around with the flow of tourists. Our charming hostess Catarina organized a private car for us, which was always at our disposal and drove us to the desired location at any time- on reasonable terms. But there is public transport too... What else can I say... if you are looking for a special place, for something really unique- this is by far the most amazing residence. Mille grazie Catarina, Franca e Sumi.🙏🏻

There was nothing to complain about. All we could wished for was there or was given/organized for us.

The building was beautiful, well maintained palazzo, with a small, perfect swimming pool/big jacuzzi and nice garden. Room was great, spacious, with dining room area, comfy beds, balcony with sea view. 15-20 mins walking distance to marina area and restaurants by the sea. Owners/staff were fantastic hosts. We could not enjoy breakfast because we needed to check out very early in the morning and they prepared a take away bag with a small breakfast for us. Great stay!
