The personel was the loveliest people! One day we were laying by the pool and the owner came over with a plate of fresh pasta with spear fish that he just made - just because he was excited about it and wanted us to try it. So welcoming and lovely. He was also very helpful with free parking and things that we could see. For dinner there is a very nice restaurant down the street, you just go to the main road, left and down a few hundred meters. Best ravioli I have tasted in my life! The breakfast had everything you need, and we loved how they prepared fresh coffee for us. You just asked for an americano, espresso, or cappucino. And what a stunning breakfast room!

We would have liked fresh fruit that wasn't whole with its peel, although that was nice as well. Other than that the breakfast was great.

The charm and friendliness of the staff made this a perfect place to stay. We were made to feel welcome and taken for refreshments as soon as we arrived. The property is stunningly beautiful with so many original features. Spotlessly clean, exceptionally good aircon. Beautiful spacious room, we had a balcony with views across the bay. The accommodation was quiet. I made use of the sunken pool which was wonderfully relaxing. Breakfast was superb, nothing too much trouble for any of the staff, great coffee, food fresh. 20 mins walk to visit Herculaneum, we returned along the waterfront which took 20 mins also. Good range of restaurants in the area, we took advice from our hosts, Michele even dropped us to the restaurant😊 We travelled by train back to Napoli, again Michele dropped us with our luggage to the station, restores our faith in humanity, there are still some caring and fabulous hosts, this was a super end to our Italian tour.

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite with a stunning sea view, featuring a gorgeous terrace that offered perfect vistas of Mount Vesuvius, the Island of Capri, and the City of Naples. The breakfast was excellent, the internet was fast, and the hammam was delightful. Our host, Catarina, was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The ambiance felt like an ancient palazzo, with a magnificent bathroom and impeccably chosen interior decor. The cute dog of the house Tobia makes everybody smile :-)

As there is no private parking, you need to make sure that you do not forget to grab your daily parking ticket for 3€.

This is truly a hidden Gem. Loved everything friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent place to stay❤️

No tea or coffee in rooms

We travelled a lot but this house is... one of a kind. Its absolutely fantastic! The whole house, every room, the garden, the breakfast cellar, everything is put together with great attention to detail and great taste. The whole staff is courteous, helpful and you have the feeling to be with friends. Yes, the house is a bit aside from Naples but we made a conscious choice to stay there. We wanted to sit in the restaurant next to real Neapolitans and surround ourselves with local people, instead of being in the city pushed around with the flow of tourists. Our charming hostess Catarina organized a private car for us, which was always at our disposal and drove us to the desired location at any time- on reasonable terms. But there is public transport too... What else can I say... if you are looking for a special place, for something really unique- this is by far the most amazing residence. There was nothing to complain about. All we could wished for was there or was given/organized for us.

We had a fantastic couple of days at Casa Raiola. It’s a great spot to get to Herculaneum and Pompeii. On our arrival we were late meeting some friends nearby. We asked about arranging a cab but the owner insisted on driving us himself. Above and beyond! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was large and had AC throughout. There’s a mini bar well stocked and reasonably priced. There was also a communal area with sofas etc. which was actually a very large space. Breakfast served in the ground floor was decent. The pool is quite small but very nice at the end of the day. 200m at the bottom of the road is a hotel on the beach with several pools that members of the public can pay to get into. We did this and it was worth it for a day.

a beautiful place. only problem we had was with air conditioning and the owner didn't get back to us to fix it. they said it was working before we came but the remotes didn't work and we couldn't get them on. it was warm so hard to sleep well. but the place and people were very nice and lovely.

air conditioning didn't work in bedrooms - only living room area - tried circuit breakers but still didn't work. the owner said he'd be back to us but never replied. it was after 10pm when we got back to room so it was disappointment he never got back to us.

The building was beautiful, well maintained palazzo, with a small, perfect swimming pool/big jacuzzi and nice garden. Room was great, spacious, with dining room area, comfy beds, balcony with sea view. 15-20 mins walking distance to marina area and restaurants by the sea. Owners/staff were fantastic hosts. We could not enjoy breakfast because we needed to check out very early in the morning and they prepared a take away bag with a small breakfast for us. Great stay!

I had incredibly beautiful days in Ercolano in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is huge. A huge solid mirror. Since the weather was not so good, i had enough time to explore the villa. the bed was big and very comfortable. There is something beautiful in every corner, the decoration and the garden are absolutely beautiful. The staff was like my own family and i really felt very comfortable. The hotel manager was always available for all requests. A beautiful setting for photos, a great location for partying. Thank you for everything! great team. I will surely come back.

There is not much traffic in Ercolano. Except for Vesuvius and the archaeological city and a few good restaurants. For people who are in Naples for a few days, the location is good for relaxing.

Absolutely incredible friendly service from this family run boutique hotel - the owner and his wife went above and beyond to help us, even giving us a lift to special restaurants nearby recommended by them. The comfiest bed and the biggest most beautiful bathroom and shower room! So so peaceful and quiet at night, no traffic noise at all which is unusual in this area! Relaxing gardens and a fabulous breakfast room. TEN STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️wr will be back soon and also to the Capri villa owned by this family. We stay in naples a lot and this has been the best !

At first we didnt think we liked the location as it was a little far from where we needed to be but the owner was so kind driving us around it didnt matter at all and it was nice to discover nearby torre del greco which has some beutiful restaurants and interesting history
