Great location, 5mins from the station and 30s from Herculaneum archeological site. great communication with Lucia who gave us restaurants recommendations and even let me know each day whether Vesuvius national park was open or not (sadly not as we had snow and heavy rain during our visit). I was visiting with my 22yo son, and the twin room was perfect for our needs. Simple breakfast was included in the very reasonable price which we ate in the linked Hotel. Thanks Lucia :)

Great location, right opposite the ruins at Herculaneum and only a short walk to the train station (Ercolano Scavi) for getting into Naples or out to Pompeii. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception 24/7. Lovely clean room, with plenty of space. Large communal area/balcony on the first floor for sitting out. Breakfast was simple but plenty available.

We had booked under the name Ruins B&B but the main name of the hotel is Herculaneum Hotel & Maison, with only a small plaque saying "Ruins B&B" so we had a little trouble finding it. Having said that, the man on reception saw us outside and immediately came out to reassure us we were at the right place.

I doubt that there's another reason to visit Ercolano other than to visit the incredibly well-preserved ruins of Hercolaneum (think Pompeii, but better!). And this place (half the property is the Hotel Hercolaneum and half is the Ruins B&B) is right opposite the entrance to the ruins. So the situation couldn't be better. It's also great value for the money, with a lovely breakfast, and staff who go out of their way to help. I was travelling with my daughter, who has dietary restrictions, and despite the fact that I hadn't warned them in advance, the people serving breakfast provided just what she needed.

The staff on reception were extremely helpful, the room was very clean with good air conditioning and the location was perfect - right in the centre of the town.

The bed was not very comfortable, the room was a bit small and the breakfast was a bit sparse - same thing every day (and no fruit). When you’re there for 7 days this gets a bit monotonous.

Location is excellent! Just in front of the gate to the Herculaneum. The station is also only few minutes walk away. The host Lucia was super friendly & helpful. The building itself is dated inside when you enter the main door from the street but when you get to the territory of the B&B it was like an entering an oasis, different level. Overall - everything is well equipped and though of!

Second duvet is needed as we slept separately and there was only one double duvet provided.

The owner was exceptional, incrediby caring, attentive, giving us tips about restaurants and places to go, including solving a problem that happened. In addition she was always prompted to help when I contacted her to ask something about the place. The location is close to the Archaeological Park and has amazing restaurants minutes walking. Apartment super clean and great decoration, super comfortable.

The area is a little bit dirty and people very rude. But it's not related to the apartment.

Lucia was so welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us with a problem we had(nothing to do with accommodation). The location is beautiful and safe. Lucia recommended a pizza restaurant for dinner. It was incredible. The most delicious pizza we had tasted!! Herculaneum is on the doorstep and Pompeii just a short train tride. A superb place to stay!!!

Great price. Nicely decorated and very clean. We had a very large patio. Directly across the street from the ruins. Breakfast was great. The staff, Lucia and Giovanni were so nice and helpful. We extended our stay and used it as a base to explore the area.

Room was a bit small, but we were comfortable.

The location is good, because it's close to the train station But the population in this area is feels threatening when you walk in the night

We loved the people working there, everyone was so nice, breakfast was great, not much vegetarian choices but we didnt ask for some either. We recommend the place. If we come more we will stay there again.
