We had a super stay at The Bianco Riccio. This hotel is bright, fresh, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Alessandro and Milenia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and extremely courteous. We even got a free upgraded room which was just perfect as it happened to be our wedding anniversary! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from all within 5/10 minutes. However, you do need a car if you want to visit Alberobello, Polignano, Monopoli.

One of the beach clubs called the Coccaro Beach Club (which is an affiliate of the hotel) has moved location and is now just 5 minutes from the Bianco Riccio hotel. It's much smaller than it's previous location and quite disappointing in that most of the beach is taken up with beds and umbrellas and not much beach space. Swimming is difficult because of the rocks so swim shoes would be advised!

The position was good, easy to get to all the local sights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but overall the staff made this hotel. They went out of their way to help and make our stay is comfortable as possible.

There was no where in the hotel to get a snack during the day - it would have been fab if the pool bar could do some basic food.

Amazing stuff, helpful and the manager was very kind and respectful. He made an upgrade for us without extra charges.

No complaints

Most importantly, all the staff were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, especially the breakfast/reception/poolside staff. The room was large, clean and comfortable, the poolside was really relaxing, and the breakfasts were very good. We found it a great location to tour Puglia from, making many day trips out; Savalletri also has many good fish restaurants and a super-friendly coffee bar within easy walking distance of the hotel, which we really appreciated.

Gym has no air conditioning, making it virtually unusable. Coffee is very Starbucks like, which is not our favourite! Rooms can be a bit noisy (the plumbing is not quiet!)

Excellent and helpful service (eg the fridge wasn't working properly and they replaced it immediately). Alessandro, the manager, was particularly helpful but all the staff were excellent. Private, secure parking - at no cost - is a big deal in a town where finding a parking spot is very difficult. Lovely breakfast on the top floor terrace. Very nice terrace for our room. Very good swimming pool. Good bathroom - the shower particularly good. Rooms spotlessly cleaned every day. It was also very quiet - the bed was large and comfortable. PS Savelletri is a great place to stay. Several superb fish restaurants and prices, by international standards nowadays, not at all expensive.

For a "suite" Hotel the room wasn't particularly large - the bedroom furniture looked very cheap - more importantly, with very little storage area. Literally just three drawers and no full length wardrobe. We had just two suitcases, one 20 kilos, one 10 kilos, so not a huge amount of luggage. Yet we didn't have enough room to put everything away. There was a kettle, but no coffee machine of any sort (just sachets of Nescafe!). There was no room service - not a problem (there wasn't a restaurant - again, no problem) - but without room service surely a coffee machine is an essential nowadays? Coffee and some food is available at the pool but what if it's raining or bad weather?

I’ve travelled extensively in Italy and this hotel will rank at the top of my favourite stays. It is in a beautiful and a very convenient location in Savelletri. It’s located right across from the sea and within walking distance of amazing restaurants and bars. The hotel itself has free secure parking for its guests in their own parking lot. The hotel itself is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms and super comfortable orthopaedic beds. The sea is from their suites is breathtaking. The breakfasts are served on the top floor overlooking the sea. Stunning would be an understatement. The staff is super courteous and professional and all spoke English and Italian. They went over and beyond to keep their guests happy. The hotel manager Alessandro makes sure the hotel runs seamlessly and knows the area very well and offers suggestions on where to eat and places to see. He’s a true gem! We loved this place. I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks so much too all the staff at Bianco Riccio for an amazing stay!

Everything was top notch

Wonderful paradise. Luxurious hotel near the sea. The staff is at the highest level, responsive, helped in all matters clearly and competently. The room is large, beautifully decorated. Breakfast is varied, in a restaurant overlooking the sea, a huge amount of fresh pastries, which was a real pleasure. The pool and its area are a separate piece of paradise, sun loungers, canopy beds and quiet music. We will definitely come back here!

As soon as we walked in the door the staff were so welcoming, helpful and organised. They made everything very easy for us and were extremely accommodating. We received an upgrade on our room, which is always a nice touch. Our room was spacious and had the necessary amenities. The sea view was more of a view across an Astro turf patch and then across a road but it was still pleasant.

The property has a bar but it was only open from 7pm, which seemed a bit strange to us. We wanted an evening drink at 6:30, but headed out instead. There’s not so much going on in the area, but there are a couple of nice beach clubs nearby and it could be a good base for exploring nearby areas. The design of the property was sort of weird, like it couldn’t quite understand what it wanted to be. We got a deal on the price (over 50% off) and we were very happy with the standard of the accommodation at that price, but had we paid the standard price we would have been disappointed.

We had the most wonderful stay. From check in to departure the service was impeccable. We were offered an upgraded room for our stay over looking the pool. The rooms are exceptionally well appointed and are very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with the option of hot options available to order. All of the staff were so helpful. The pool area is delightful and peaceful and the hotel is easy walking distance to a number of restaurants close by in the harbour. The hotel were able to provide great recommendations of places to eat for our stay.

The location is conveniently located. Our 3 teenage boys enjoyed the gym facility and the staff especially Alessandro were all very helpful and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Alessandro gives the best customer service and was super helpful with all of our needs. Love watching the sunrise each morning from room 308! Thank you!
