Simone was simply incredibly nice to my wife and I! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. For the sake of both brevity and privacy, his as well as ours, I'll not delve into the details. However, he went well beyond what anyone could ever imagine, all for 2 traveling Americans he'd only just met. As for the room itself, anyone who complains (and I read a few) is totally unrealistic and has delusional expectations for the money invested. It's not a ☆☆☆☆☆ Ritz Carlton, but, it far exceeded both our needs and expectations.....

Nothing.... yes, nothing. Considering you're in Rome, Italy, one of the most expensive cities in the world to visit (something having now visited I can attest to) Simone's Lil BnB is both convenient to FCO Airport, comfortable, and very reasonably priced.

We wanted to spend the night close to the airport and this place was perfect! Very comfortable room, clean, good size, great bathroom. Our host was delightful. For a reasonable fee he kindly picked us up from the airport the night we flew in and then took us back to the airport for our morning flight back to California. He also gave us a nice breakfast!

The only negative was the sheets on the bed seemed stiff -- they were not comfortable.

Wonderful host A+++ super helpful. Every convenience was thought of. Picked us up and dropped us back next day to the airport for a set fee. Great place to stay if you have an early flight next day. Very clean, modern and comfortable room with a balcony. Beverages and snacks available purchase in common area. We had to leave very early before breakfast but our host very kindly brought us some croissants to have at the airport. Could not have been more helpful. My wife wanted to visit a mall and he offered to take us for a reasonable fee rather than us getting a taxi. One tip if you want to do anything other than go to and from the airport better to rent a car, the taxis are only interested in going to the center of Rome and will try to rip you off for local trips. There are restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

The only thing we didn't like was getting to and from the mall. We should have skipped it. The taxis are a complete rip off. Would be cheaper to rent a car for 24 hours. Not the owners fault. He came to pick us up when the taxi cancelled because we only wanted to go local and refused to pay €60 to go 2 kilometers.

Accommodation was close to the airport and easy to reach. Simone gave clear instructions on how to enter the property as he was unavailable for transfer. Communication was clear and enabled me to get there and let myself in. Room was large with good facilities. Breakfast was arranged for a time that I chose and there was a good selection of food.

It was a little noisy between the rooms (toilets flushing, people walking around etc.) but this didn’t bother me too much.

Location was great, room was really spacious,well equipped,clean, with beautiful terrace. Our host was very kind,he even kept the parking space for us.

There was not enough hot water.

Simone is extremely kind, a flexible and very helpful host, who suggested plenty of places to eat nearby and took us to the airport in the morning at a fair price. We really liked our room, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We also liked that the building is solar powered and that there are quiet hours outlined. We slept well and will definitely recommend this B&B to everyone.

Extraordinary service. Immaculate spacious rooms. Close to the airport. My wife and I stayed at this hotel with our four children and my elderly parents. Simone is one of a kind, so considerate and helpful. His service was so genuine. Breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed every minute of our short stay! We highly recommend staying at Bonsai bed & breakfast.

Nothing we didn't like.

impeccably clean & spacious. not a speck of dust in sight with comfortable beds. delicious croissants & coffee served to us in the morning amongst other food. there was a fully stocked fridge of water for us. air con was perfect too. Simone couldn’t do enough. he picked us up and also took us to civitavecchia the next morning. such a nice and genuine guy with perfect English too.

The room was clear, the owner cleaned it everyday. He helped us with everything we could  communicate with him anytime. He was really kind to us and pretty flexible (for example: we came back from Rome at 10 pm and he took us back to the accomodation) so I it recommend to everybody

The place was spotless and extremely close to the airport. My room was beautiful (just realized I didn't take pictures of the bedroom 😟) Simone was kind and extremely accommodating. On any future trips to the area, I would make it my place to stay. Neighborhood was beautiful.

Parking was limited.
