Location was great! Nestled in a quiet residential area, this hotel is very close to the boardwalk next to the sea and port. It is close enough to walk to the restaurant area, about 10 minutes away, every now and then you year planes taking off, but it's not bothersome. The staff was exceptionally helpful, informative, and charming. Will absolutely recommend to fellow travelers and I will be coming back to stay here.

I struggled with getting the shower to work how I wanted, though I'm certain it's a user error and had I called the receiption, I'm certain they would have been able to assist. Everything else was wonderful!

It is so much better than what the hotel chains have to offer. Our apartments had 3 spacious rooms and a lift, the street was quiet and with an easy walk to a great Japanese/ Asian restaurant.

We had arranged with the hotel to be picked up at the airport but the driver was unavailable at the last minute. We waited in the taxi queue for over an hour. Rome airport is chaos.

It was a welcome stay after travelling around Sicily and other parts of Italy. Staying so close to the airport was the best decision as it meant we did not have to get up too early for our flight. 10 mins shuttle to the airport. Lovely walk to the port where there are so many really good restaurants. We had the best sleep that night. The staff were so lovely. Check in and out was easy.

The beds were not the most comfortable and the sink was leaking which led to a huge puddle of water any time we used the sink. A staff member did come look at it right away and offered to change it, but we were so tired from our flight and were only staying one night so we let them know they could fix it once we left as we just wanted to inform them of the leak so we would not be held responsible.

Ease of access to FCO; easy 4 KM drive to terminal. Located on a very quiet street with secure parking spaces behind a locked gate. Clean, great AC. A 1 KM walk to a dining area by the sea. I would describe the facility as like an apartment style building.

It's close to the airport and the price is affordable. Beds are comfortable. They gifted us 2 waters. Staff was really nice.

The double bed was comprised of 2 single bed matresses, There was a weird smell all over the property, like an old house.

This location is good for an overnight stay for rome airport. Staff were very friendly and helped us sort out a 4am taxi to the airport which arrived perfectly on time. They are linked to a shuttle service which is much cheaper and reliable than taxi's. This facility just offers a room to stay in. A few decent restaurants just seconds away.

The place is very close to Fiumicino airport, rooms are big and comfortable. The wifi is normal, security is very well. Great option for a night close to the airport.

misleading information with arranging taxi/shuttle pickup and drop off to airport. When hotel arranged taxi for next day pickup at 6:45, taxi never showed up, spouse walked to near by Best Western and hailed a taxi.

I arrived at night (flight time was late in the evening) and the team helped me very friendly and 100% understandable with the self check-in when I contacted them the day before. Thank you!
