What an amazing facility! We finished a three week tour of Italy with a one night stay prior to a 24 hour journey back to Australia. The room is incredible, the food is delicious and the spa grounds are a delight. Make sure you grab a wrist band for happy hour. We enjoyed the sauna, steam rooms and baths under the main building the most and despite there being many people, it wasn't an issue to slip into a spare space across all the options. Plenty of drink stations around to top up your water (or a coffee if you need one). Check out online makes for an easy exit and allows you to easily see what additions to your account have been made.

As an international tourist, the map and explanation of what is where might be confusing to some. We recommend walking the entire grounds first, so you get a good understanding of what is on offer! Accessing the retreat may be costly for some travelling from Rome. We found the train to Parco Leonardo and taxi (there isn't a taxi 'rank', you'll have to call for one and that will travel from the airport (15-20mins)) to the resort. Some people suggested a bus however we didn't want to do it with our suitcases. The taxi was 20 euro from Parco whilst estimates from the Airport were 30 euro. Either way, it can be an adventure getting there. If you are departing for the airport, their transfer for seven euro per person is a must.

The breakfast was fabulous. The best we had in Italy. The facilities were also fantastic as was the room.

When we arrived the staff said the restaurant was full that evening and they could book us into a place down the road. I found this unacceptable as the resort is not in a town but set on acreage. It was our last night abroad and our room was conveniently located right near the restaurant (so to be told you had to go out with tired kids was frustrating). here was no other choice as room service is not an option here. If the restaurant does fill up, then the hotel should email you prior to your stay asking if you would like to make a booking (which we would have done). The transport to the restaurant they recommended was 20mins late and the food was average. The staff at the hotel desk were not very welcoming or friendly.

The lady at the front desk offered us a late checkout at check-in so we could attend the spa prior to departing. Organised our spa booking and dinner reservation. She was wonderful!

On departure a male from the front desk called and told us we needed to be out of the accommodation - Now! and wouldn’t back down and rude to my daughter on the phone. The restaurant isn’t great for dinner they forgot our cocktails and we had already eaten and left and still waiting.... The staff in the main restaurant for breakfast and lunch - a super helpful man running the restaurant, informative, kind and professional

We are sometimes coming here, cause Its near airport, But have to say , this hotel Its not like 5* hotel, no quality of services like 5*. Maybe Because of Italy. But you come, nobody help you with ludgages, which normally this cant happent in 5* hotels. Food could be improve for sure. People from out should not be able to come like this easy, like those people who stay in hotel as guest. Maybe only weekend or week days, But they should regular the capacity of people who come in from outside just for spa. Because many people coming and making mess than. This should be high class place! Also chindren should absolutly not be showing!!!last time i was in one bath outside for swimm and oposit me was parrents with small baby. What is this??? Why people can bring small baby inside spa? What spa and welness has together with children?? This really what i cant akcept! Welness procedure have to be for adults only. And babies have to stay in room or go to acqua park.

The location was great. We loved the concept of being able to relax around the property with the use of the spas and pool. The bathroom in the spa area was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Happy hour was a good addition. Lunch was really nice. The grounds were well kept, and the property was clean. It is a great way to spend your last day before flying out.

Some of the towels were tatty and needed to be replaced. It would be good to have fresh towels available near the pools and somewhere to put your wet towels. The shower in the room needs a curtain or screen so the floor stays dry.

Gorgeous and chic rooms - I loved the marble floors and the classic decoration. The spa package was great - amazing hydrotherapy pools and showers and lighting …..great food too! it is a beautiful place and close to the airport too. I loved the breakfast and lunch. great airport shuttle service too for next day flights!

i arrived late in the evening after a long flight by taxi in the rain!- and I was super tired…so I didn’t fully understand what was what or where everything was as I didn’t really have as much info as I’d have liked when I checked in. However having said that …there are digital versions of the info in the rooms (but …I’m old fashioned - I like to be told these things in person) - sorry! 😅

The architecture of the estate is lovely. Feels like a lush oasis on the industrial side of town. Our room felt like we were staying at an elegant grandmama's place for the weekend....bright and sunny with gorgeous oversized windows with brass fixtures framed by crisp floral curtains. Lovely, very spacious old-fashioned bath. The location served our purposes in being very conveniently close to the airport. The restaurant was gorgeous as well as delicious. We were impressed by the young waiter, Mateo, who was so kind and knowledgeable.

The sense of us and them was created by staff immediately upon check-in. We saw that the property had a pool and assumed we could use it. We'd been traveling in Italy for a month staying in country houses, some with spas, where we, of course, had access to the pool. On top of an already pricey room, each guest would have to pay an additional $38. to use the pool as it was part of their spa program. Areas of the property were also off-limits to us as as non-spa-ites.... Creating a very unwelcoming vibe in an otherwise beautiful hotel.

The room was large and beautiful, with outside terrace. The towels, toiletries were first rate. And a mini bar as well. The grounds are simply stunningly beautiful, and very close, surprisingly,to the Rome airport. The happy hour with a whole array of appetizers and2 drinks was amazing! And the restaurants fabulous as well. The waiter was absolutely perfect in every way. Excellent staff. And the spa facilities, legendary . Absolutely go here!

I checked out very early , 3:30 am, for an early international flight. And the bellman asked if I wanted to charge the 25e taxi to my credit card. I said yes. But then the driver said the hotel does not pay him and insisted I pay another 30e. And no breakfast which was included.

The room was very comfortable, with a fabulous on suite bath. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The food is excellent (on the high side so plan accordingly). The spa experience is one of a kind and you need a minimum of 2 days to truly appreciate all they have to offer. Recommend taking advantage of their Massage services. Location close to the airport made it a perfect place to spend our last few days in Italy before flying back to the U.S. (very relaxed).

Had challenges getting the shuttle service pick up from the airport, it's a third party company and we couldn't reach them by phone or email. You have to call them once you're ready for pickup. Had to call the resort directly to get their help and they made it happen!!!

Everything! We loved the place. It is just so perfect in every little detail. The room is spacious and very clean, with a cute balcony. The spa is just mind-blowing and the best we have been to so far. So many different rooms, pools, drinks, food and the style of building is just gooorgeous. The breakfast, aperitif and lunch are delicious with huge variety of high-quality freshly produced foods. We fell in love with QC Terme and would definitely come back and stay in their other locations as well.

Nothing. It is perfect, really. A dream destination.
