Pot of hot water, huge cup for tea, and cookies were an awesome surprise and treat upon arrival. Much needed and appreciated! Arrived and departed in the dark so I was disappointed I did not get to see much outside. Prompt 5:54am pick up for ($15) transfer to airport for 8:30am flight. I could have left later because it is less than 10 min. to A/P but wanted to be sure.

Booking.com confirmed my reservation but the B & B does not take AX. That is all on Booking.com. Booking..com should not give a confirmation if the property does not accept a payment. I checked the reservation a couple of times and did not see any messages that it was not accepted. (until after I arrived) It is a good thing I had cash left at the end of my trip. Not everyone has Visa, MC, and cash in their pocket. I would have been in a sticky situation if I did not have the $100 cash, alone and 8:30pm, in an unfamiliar area, in the dark. Shame on Booking.com.

Italian hospitality on its best! Spotless, refurbished bathroom, wonderful comfy bed and plenty of room. Even a balcony is attached to the room. I loved the rich variety of food on the breakfast table! Considering the fact that Italians normally start their day with a cappuccino and a croissant, I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of cheese, cold cuts, yoghurts, juices on the table. The owner's transfer service to and from the airport is unbeatable by anything else. Make sure you book it! The busy road calmed down for the night. I could sleep well even with open balcony doors.

All good regarding to the B&B. Moving up and down in the area with local transport requires lots of flexibility and patience and some kind of experience with Italians.

The room was much nicer than on the picture! It was clean, neat and smelled good. The owners were nice and very accommodating. We appreciated the help with taxi, and hot water for coffee. It was a nice bonus that the owner spoke a little English, which was super helpful! It’s a perfect place to stay if you need to be in a close proximity to the airport.

8 min to airport. host gave me a ride to airport at 6 am. They also let us leave luggage for 3 days so while we went to Positano before fly back home. AC is strong, water pressure and temp is great. breakfast included was very nice. Mini fridge in the room was great after a long day in July heat. The host is kind, attentive and helpful every step.

far from Rome city center. Otherwise I would have booked all 6 days here in this b&b. I could get a train ride 30 min to Rome city center daily. train ride has AC and comfortable.

Super-nice owner. Very helpful - he helped us with ordering a local taxi to get to the Fiumicino airport (cheaper than airport taxis), gave us directions where to eat local food. The room was super-good. Tha bathroom was super clean - just like in hospital! Breakfast, in a form of travel bag (we've been learning very early), was very tasty.

We were able to check in early and store our luggage - super helpful! Breakfast offering was excellent. Host offered to drive us to the airport for a very minimal fee, which was very convenient and helpful. Rooms were VERY clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

Would recommend knowing some basic Italian to communicate with the hosts. Not a negative comment, simply a recommendation.

Close to the airport. Clean, quiet. Had some toiletries. Breakfast was great! Cheaper airport transport was a great deal. Some good local restaurants within walking distance. A/C worked, nice roomy balcony.

Not a great view, but that's not why I picked it.

This is a perfect stop if you need a one night stay close to the airport. Easy to find, car parking available, good host.

Without a car the location would be difficult - you would need a taxi to go anywhere.

Very clean, good localisation, very close to the bus stop and like 15 min from areoport. The owners ar very nice, they gave me the bus tickets. The breakfast was good and excellent capuccino:))

Nothing to complain

i was offered a taxi service from and to the airport. the owner picked me up at midnight, as my flight was repeatedly delayed . Excellent service at a very honest price!
