The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. I didn't want to get out of bed The fridge and coffee machine with pods and biscuits was a nice touch. We had some stairs to climb with our suitcases to the first floor, then there was a lift to get to the 2nd floor.. Location was good, about a 15/20 minute walk from the train station. Florence is very expensive and full of designer shops, which wasn't really up our street, so if you visit, you will need deep pockets.

Nice and super clean room, I'd even say stylish. Perfect location in a walking distance from all sightseeings and from the train station. And it's quiet! Hotel provided some snacks, juice, tea and coffee inside the room. The lady on the reception was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after moving out of the room.

There is no lift from the ground floor to the first floor. It was not a problem for us but if you have heavy luggage or some disabilities it may be an issue.

Lovely historical building built in 1600s, kept very well, and the B &B owners are 4th generation in the building. Lovely inner courtyard view, conveniently close to walk to major sites, many restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, spacious room with a small balcony and courtyard view. Lovely staff who made great recommendations for food and offered a map.

Breakfast was discontinued. up 3 flights of stairs (fine for me, but rough on my travel partner with arthritis) and 1 of those flights is particularly steep. There is a lift for 1 floor up from 2 to 3, but no way down.

The owner is very nice. The room was a nice size, with small fridge in the room and private bathroom with shower inside the room. There’s a small safe in the room for money and passports. It’s in a great location and there’s a wonderful pizza place around the corner.

There are some stairs, but that is to be expected in Italian buildings. There’s a lift to help with a flight of stairs.

The location was fantastic. It was pretty quiet at night. The check-in was easy thanks to clear instructions. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean.

The shower room was very small. The aircon didn’t seem clean. The stairs to the room were very steep and there were no lights at night. There could have been more bathroom amenities (only shampoo and shower gel).

Lovely room, friendly staff and perfect location. 5 minutes from Boboli Gardens and Santo Spirito close to shops and restaurants.

2 flights of stairs to climb would be difficult for people with mobility issues but this cannot be helped in a historic building. There is a lift between floors 1 and 2. However this was not a problem for me.

The room was a good comfortable size for Italian hotels, they had a tiny fridge in the room, the owners were super friendly and helpful, the shower was a good size, it was a good location that steps out onto a bustling street with close access to everything, there was a small safe in the room.

There were a couple staircases to climb with my bags which was difficult especially in the summer heat. The key to the hotel room door was a bit difficult at times, but it did work.

Location was amazing, very clean, easy to find and right in the heart of Firenze, would certainly stay again if I returned! Towels in the bathroom were so soft and thick they were great! Fridge was brilliant in the room also great coffee machine.

Memory foam pillows and mattress topper aren’t the most comfortable but nothing major

Super friendly proprietors in a beautifully aesthetic, family-owned property a block from the Pitti Palace and 2 blocks from the Santa Trinità bridge. Quiet, lovely semi-residential neighborhood with terrific restaurants a 15 minute walk to the Duomo.

I don't mind stairs, but it's not a good spot for the mobility challenged, since at least one long flight of worn, stone steps are required to get you to the reception.

Great location with multitude of food options nearby. Close to major attractions, but not a busy street. Completely quiet at night (in a garden-view room). Great general cleanliness and very good water drainage in the shower. Good value for money.
