We used the hotel for a quick overnight stay for one night. The breakfast was very good with a big selection of sweet and salty options. The rooms were very clean. There was a new AC system in the room but we didn’t use it. There was a fridge in the room that we could use with a few complementary drink.

The bed comfort was just ok. There was a lot of noise outside all night. We kept our windows open so maybe that was our fault. The shower was tiny, but we are tall both over 1.80 so it was hard to bend over.

A charming little hotel in a small seaside town. The location is perfect - a short walk through the beautiful umbrella pines and sand dunes to the long sandy beach. We also really appreciated the on-site parking. However, the most striking thing about the hotel is the outstanding customer service at the front desk. The receptionists went out of her way to help with excellent restaurant recommendations and to help me store medication and Ice packs in the hotel’s fridge/freezer. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly efficient and helpful hotel staff.

Staff very friendly. The breakfast was good and the waitresses in the breakfast room were happy and efficient Shower was good. Everything very clean. Plenty of on street parking nearby

The bathroom was a little small. The bed was not very comfortable, these days we are used to memory mattresses and the bed had springs. We only stayed one night but I think more nights would have been a challenge

Extremely helpful and kind receptionista, Katerina Very comfy bed, nice balcony, extremely clean room, which was also a good size Kind breakfast personnel, and breakfast until h 10:30 is not very common (normally ends earlier)

Would have loved the typical scrambled eggs with bacon for breakfast. There was no warm food, instead - only the chance to toast bread The beach in front of the hotel had no great sea (still pleasantly clean, just no clear water) and was close to a very old and ruined building

Facilities, staff,location, food... everything was excellent!

The only thing I personally had a problem with was pillows and hairdryer. But most hotels have similar - to flat pillows and too weak hairdryer. But bed were very comfy and everything was perfect

The personal was so kindl and breakfast just unbelieveble, every one could find something or even more 😁

The Hotel is close the city center (5/10 minutes by foot) and to a lot of bar, restaurant and interest places in Follonica. The facility is well maintained and clean. The staff has always been kind and helpful, with particular regard to the reception girl, Andrea, always gentle and available and the girl at the breakfast service, Victoria, for the kindness and professionalism.

The room was smaller than what expected!

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, great location. Hair dryer a little annoying as it takes ages to dry, but definitely a good stay. Will be back!
