Loved how spacious and large the room was. We had an entire apartment with a balcony for a really good price. The reception communicated very well with us to ensure we had a smooth check in and check out. They had a great and wide selection for breakfast which is especially and a pleasant surprise for Italy breakfast standards. The apartment is just a short walking distance from the beach and beachfront restaurants. It is such a homey and family oriented neighbourhood which was peaceful and lovely. Also stable WiFi for working as needed, although we went to the restaurants to work.

The apartment was a little further from the beach than I imagined but that was nothing since I imagined it to be a 20sec walk and it was a 3min walk. Not a problem. I just thought I could see the beach from my balcony.

The staff was AMAZING!! One of them even called the lost and found at the airport for us because of the language barrier. The rooms were clean, the grounds were clean. The landscape was very cute!! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Me and my family we had our trip to Tuscany after 4 years of no sun and no warm and we booked this hotel after taking in consideration the online reviews, it was a perfect choice!!! The hotel is very clean and beautiful, close to everything and very nice staff from all departments specially Alessia from reception, she was very helpful 🤗❤️!!! Thank you for our lovely stay!!! Breakfast was great, nice to have the bicycles. The room was super. I enjoyed the balcony and drying rack.

It would be helpful to have a tea kettle in the room.

I did not believed that the train across will be so loud but it honestly was. Had some issue while sleeping with that but managed to make it work.

the property is very close to the railway and to a main road that connect Pratoranieri to the city center and the rooms on the back are noisy

The apartments are very clean and comfy with good size bathrooms and balcony, the continental breakfast was ideal and the location is excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach and only 10 minutes from the centre of Follonica

A very nice breakfast with opportunity to sit in- or outside. The beach is close, only about 3 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and we liked the option to rent bicycles for a few hours for free.

The train at night was quite noisy, because the rails were close. The cetrum of Follonica with restaurants and bars is about 20 minutes away.

Breakfast is really good,staff is helpful and kind,5 min walk from the sea,nice and calm environment.

The train behind the hotel is loud.

We liked the position and the size of the rooms that were also comfortable and very nice. Staff very kind and gentle. Breakfast very nice. We really hope to come back next year!!
