We recently stayed at Hotel Acapulco in Forte dei Marmi for a weekend with our kids, and it has been lovely! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. They were attentive to our needs and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-suited for families. Our kids especially loved the cozy beds and the little touches that made them feel at home. To our delight, the hotel gave our children beach toys as welcome gifts, which added an extra special touch to their stay. They were so excited to use them, and it made our beach outings even more fun. The location is perfect – just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful Forte dei Marmi coast with the children. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great choice for everyone. From fresh pastries and fruit to delicious hot options, there was something to suit every taste. Our kids loved it, and so did we! Overall, Hotel Acapulco is the perfect place for a family getaway. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with kids!

The hotel is well located just few minutes from the center by bike. The staff is amazing they work as one team, they were very cooperative, Diana and her team were very supportive when we asked to change our room. Ask for the renovated rooms. I liked that they offer 3 beds rooms. Breakfast is simple with good variety and nice indoor and outdoor tables. Bikes are available for 15€ a day.

Staff were very polite, helpful, courteous and professional. Nice gardens and plunge pool area. Free parking. Quiet area and easily walkable to beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was superb with an enormous and varied amount to choose from. 10/10 for breakfast.

Nothing it was a perfect stay. We would definitely return and request a quiet room, which the hotel have assured us they would. accommodate.

From the minute I arrived the hotel staff ( mainly women I may add ) were smiley , welcoming , really made you feel like a vip and very professional. Bike hire was so easy and very close to the beach and a short work from the gorgeous centre .

Breakfast was included , which I found a little bland , but did include the essentials .

Got free upgrade to superior room with stunning view to the garden and beach. It's just few minutes walk to the beach, I like the atmosphere of the town, the reception staffs are helpful and friendly, room is clean and have everything I need, will definitely stay here again if I came back to Forte Dei Marmi.

Not the hotel fault but no taxi's at the train station had to walk (one hour) The owner did say that if we had rung he would have picked us up

The garden of the hotel beautiful, breakfast is great, tha jacuzzi's size super. If you go for a diner, turn right on the beach and you will find few amazing restaurants, or you can choose in the center much more.

parking on the street, but front of the hotel is free and you can find afternoon good places so you just have to be patient :)

A friendly family run hotel with excellent staff that really made us feel at home. Very close to the sea and the centre of Forte Dei Marmi as well. Really nice to have a central lounge area with bar plus lots of outside seating.

Hard to find things that weren't perfect but I guess the pillows could have been a little softer ...

The location and the staff were great. The small pool also amazing

The breakfast was very limited and there were no vegetables of any kind proposed: only sweets, canned fruit & yoghurt, meats and cheeses and small sandwiches sometimes

This is an exceptional hotel. Freindly staff great facilities and a location just right to be walking distance from the ten centre and beach but uninterrupted by noise in a nice area
