The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful. Everything was much better than described on the website. We loved being able to walk to the beach just down the road. I would recommend adding this information to description of the hotel on the website. I would also recommend including information about a great restaurant at the beach where guests could have a delicious lunch.

We liked everything!

The structure is super new with very nice rooms and bathrooms. You can get to the beach in 5 minutes (walking distance). Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of cakes, croissants, cereals, nuts etc. The stuff is extremely welcoming, helpful, kind and was always available to accomodate our requests!

The staff were so friendly, truly made the trip better! We didn’t hire a car and was quite hard to get anywhere so the lovely staff dropped us into town. Breakfast was lovely also

Advise when booking that transport is needed to get anywhere

The accommodation was well positioned between Gaeta and Sperlonga. Our room had been changed to a sea view which we were happy with. The pool was clean. The breakfast plentiful and the staff were very helpful.

No all was fine

The view, the rooms, the vibe - everything here was great. Spacious parking spaces. Cosy breakfast. Really friendly staff. Cosy pool area.

Nothing. But the pool could be more cleaner.

The room was beatifully furnished with high quality interior and a super comfortable double bed. The super silent air-con and windows/doors/blinds made it a super comfortbable sleeping/resting environment. Everything was perfectly clean and all fabric was high quality The breakfast was delightful (salt/sweet/combo - at your choice) and served in the, vel kept, relaxing garden. The small staff, with amazing Ola (Fabiola) managing it all, are super friendly and accomodates your every need. Location is perfect for relaxation at the privat beach (Spiaggia Scissure) reciding just across the road. The small cities, Sperlonga (beautiful for evening meals) and Gaeta are just around the corner. We enjoyed this beautiful and peacefull spot tremendously and will return with family and friends at first oportunity.

Beautiful views and location. Car is recommended. Only 5 mins from Gaeta main town with lots of bars and restaurants. wonderful staff and nice breakfast!

We had no wine glasses or any cups in the room for a tea/coffee or wine. As the lady doesn’t live on the property, we couldn’t get access to the locked kitchen so that was a shame when having a sunset wine.

Brand new modern property overlooking the sea. very comfortable room well equipped with sea view. a great private beach just two steps down the road.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Short drive to Gaeta or Sperlonga.Abundant breakfast, with both salry and sweet, some of the best broches I ever had.

Ola was so welcoming and made an EXCELLENT breakfast. The property is perfect to access the beach and is a dream. Can’t wait to go back.

Actually all was perfect. If I really have to mention something I would say my room dimensions were a little small (bathroom excluded, which had more than enough space itself)
