Breakfast was excellent - all homemade and the staff really helpful. It is in the town square and depending on other guests it is not the most quiet place to stay but they were super nice and the rooms were super clean. We went to the cantina in Gavi if you want an amazing meal. WE really loved being in Gavi and this was a good place to stay.

My husband missed breakfast one morning as he didn't feel great, we had paid extra for this as it was not included in the room rate and I feel they could have refunded this. (Everyone super helpful and nice and the food was delicious). Between the Market setting up early in the morning and the guests having fun in the lounge it is a little on the noisy side but would still recommend.

Wonderful staff and service, very friendly, cosy. Breakfast was great, all very natural and just enough choices. Central location in the town of Gavi, about 15 min to the Seravalle shopping outlets. Also, the hotel provides additional 10% discount for the shopping center.

If you are counting on sleeping in late, note that around 7 am you start hearing the other hotel guests moving around )). This did not bother us too much since we got up fairly early.

hotel is very nice it’s not first time that we are coming in this hotel so I can say only the best regarding everything! stuff is so kind and they were waiting for us even if we arrived quite late…

it’s not hotel fault it’s government but we was freezing it was super cold… we had blankets hotel provide us but it was really really cold in this area because they are waiting from the government to release heating.. thank you in any case because you wanted to help us for us trip to be better.

Excellent family-run hotel in the very heart of the city. The staff go out of their way to ensure the stay is superb. The breakfast is well thought out and with a number of nice touches like artigianale yoghurt and home-made pastry. The price for stay is very reasonable.

Perfect location in the main town square with free parking. Room a good size and comfortable if a little old fashioned. Very good buffet breakfast.

The property is cosy, easy to reach , spacious rooms. The stuff is friendly and giving a lot of themselves:). Enjoy the omelette in the morning:):) We recommend the place.

Very friendly and very professional personnel. Room and bed excellent. Someone always ready to help regarding your stay and Gavi and the surrounding area. They remembered us at checkin.⁶

The location is good, only 20 mins drive from the outlet. Spacious 2 bedroom suite. The shower is very good with good pressure. A big public car park next to the hotel, never a problem to park the car. A very nice hotel. Easy and simple check-in and check-out.

Expect some noise during the weekend evening as there’s a bar nearby and also the morning noise from cars leaving the car park. Others are all fine.

One of our favourite hotels. Lovely staff and an exceptionally comfortable room. Breakfast, with its range of home made goodies, is always a delight.

Friendly staff, good breakfast .In short a perfect place to stop by whilst on our way to southern parts of Italy. It is now the 11th time we have come here and it feels like coming home. Absolutely fine hotel and a nice little town Gavi where you can have a perfect dinner
