breakfast was GREAT! Finally a hotel with american/continental buffet the room was big, modern and comfortable sky tv

not bathroom supplies, weird for a chain hotel… not enough towels, room for 3 only 1 big towel… not free parking they charged me for a bottle of water in the room, it should have been complimentary.

Eleanora was the receptionist lovely manner. Room was clean modern comfortable pillows were little hard. Eleanor recommended the best restaurant ..as we had not eaten there before we weren't sure where to go in Genova . Pizza il vicilo just 5 minutes away was absolutely amazing ..beautiful food and you would never know until you go in and turn left it was packed with happy faces eating delicous food...wow just wow. Leo served us what a little dote. High recommend the hotel and resultant!!! The chatty shuttle driver took us to the airport next morning early and we left our bags there at the hotel for free for four days. Great hotel dove shover gel and great shower!!

The location was great if you are either arriving at the airport or leaving for a cruise. It's about 15mins to drive to the port. You can walk from the hotel to several restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nice and staff were helpful. There is an underground parking available.

We only stayed one night and everything was fine. The airport shuttle was a little difficult to organise because you have to call after landing to request it, my parents had a little trouble with that since they didn't have an Italian phone and needed to activate roaming to do this. Perhaps a whatsapp number to message would make it easier because guests could use the free wifi to make the call or send a message

The hotel offers what you would expect for its rank. The room was clean, comfortable. The location is very good for transit or if you have a plane early in the morning. You get a free shuttle to the airport starting at 7AM. The trip takes around 5 minutes. You can find places to eat around the hotel.

The property does not respond on Booking when contacted through messages. The communication could be a little better. We did not use the wi-fi because we found the log in process tedious. This could be improved.

Working people are so kind and welcoming and helpful Clean and close to airport and they had free shuttle bus to airport. It just simply hotel but countable to staying. Also floor was Not carpet it really good for us to not get allergy.

If you wanted go somewhere it not close to anything to get food or restaurant we had dinner and breakfast it was good for us. We just wanted relax to leave flight next day to airport so we don’t want to do nothing that day.

I found the stay at this hotel as exceeded my expectations in all respects. Polite Reception staff, high quality room, exemplary cleanliness, very good breakfast (coffee taste can be considered to improve in the future as it did not taste like famous Italian coffee, however it is matter of own taste and own preferences)

Particularly, there was nothing what deserve to be criticized there

everything was great, the receptions was very helpful and quick, room was great, nothing to complain. the fact is close to the airport is handful.

If you want to go to the city, taxi will be expensive. The hotel kitchen was closed around 4pm and I had to order McDonalds for lunch... which is unacceptable for a such brand. Room service is restricted as well.

Fantastic, clean, modern hotel - ideally located near train station which we used to visit Cinque Terre/Portofino area and perfect for our flight out from Genoa as located near airport (20mins walk)

Location for transportation is great however area isn't the best with lack of shops and restaurants. We struggled to find somewhere to eat on a Saturday evening as everywhere was shut.

A gorgeous property. Clean and I really want the mirror in the bathroom. all the staff we encountered were super helpful and lovely! Would love to stay here again.

You can easily here the noise from the rooms such as people passing by or people talking and the location was slightly awkward to get to but it doesn’t take away from the hotel it’s self, it is still fab

The room was comfortable and the wifi worked well.

Hotel was understaffed. The restaurant literally had one employee taking orders, serving, cleaning tables and being the cashier for dinner. It took forever to get food but the food was decent. Overall the price of the hotel is too high for what it's worth and the location is not near anything.
