Very comfortable bed, very clean bedding cloths it's Egyptian cotton, large and comfortable bathroom, great water pressure, and the room is not carpeted, which I loved. The breakfast is amazing 😍

Information about what is in the bar fridge in the room if consumed will be charged Extra, as they are not included in the reservation price. and that the refrigerated one has to be free so that we can buy water and soda as this reduces the cost

The staff is kind: Easy check-in We got a room with Port/mainstreets view, but there is a good soundproof (outside is full of noise). The bathroom is enough big. There is a parking besides the structure for 16 euro each night.

There is too much dust in the room. The other things are not bad, not great, simply normal. The Place is close to Lanterna but not really close to the old Town. It's Better use the Metro (there is a lot of noise and traffic outside).

We had a very nice room with view to the port. Room was clean and well equipped. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good.

As our departure flight was very early, we booked breakfast box instead of the last breakfast. The box was not prepared on time, so we left without it. The receptionist offered us the option to wait for a while until they prepare it but our taxi was already waiting.

We enjoyed our short stay at Holiday Inn. It met with all the normal expectations for an IHG hotel.We had a room at the front with a great view of the water. It was within walking distance to most places along the sea front.

Our stay included breakfast which again was fine. My only complaint would be the lack of staff when it was really busy as food was not replaced in a timely fashion.

Staff as great. Location is good too. You just have to lift your eyes from the navigation and watch the road signs to find the parking once you get close.

The extra bet was not good. Not at all. I do not like booking to sell it as a room suitable for two plus a child. I'd expect this extra bed to be on par with the main one, which was in fact very comfortable.

All fine. Usual Holiday Inn standards. Exactly what is needed when on business travel. I like the working desk in the room. In-house restaurant with reasonable selection and prices. The hotel is very close to roads with high traffic density but noise isolation is very good and the room is completely quite. Be aware that the location of the hotel is in the port area and it is not the place to have an evening walk, it is a bit hard environment.

Some staff attitude receptions and ground floor waited poor without service for bar waiting to long.

Had to book in last minute (1 hour notice) due to travel issues. Very easy Check-in, comfortable & good location. Staff were very friendly & spoke great English. Was only going to stay for 1 night but enjoyed it a lot so ended up staying for both nights and cancelling my other accomodation. Super clean & comfortable.

The room was spacious, modern, very clean and with a small desk/working area. Bathroom was also a good size with all facilities A very comfortable wide bed made our stay very enjoyable. Finally, there was an excellent choice at the breakfast bar with attentive staff which was appreciated. I managed to make use of the indoor parking area, though the number of spaces available are limited. Altogether, we had an excellent stay and can recommend the hotel.

They have given us an upgrade of the room so we stayed in an executive room, very clean and spatious with a confortable bed.

They need to upgrade a bit the restaurant services because food is mediocre and services do not raise to the level of the brand. Location is far from city center.
