Comfortable, nicely decorated room. Good position with easy walk to Boccadasse and the seafront promendade. Bus stop outside to go into the centre of Genova. We could buy bus tickets at reception. Parking on the hotel forecourt. We got the last space so make sure you book in advance for parking! Pleasant staff and nice breakfast, (you order the night before). Did not hear any street noise during the night.

Very small bathroom and no shelf space to put bathroom items. Being out of town, I think parking could be included in the price rather than an extra €10.

The Hotelier was absolutely fantastic .. he went above and beyond to assist us in every way. The Hotel has a very nice bar directly opposite and a really great Pizzeria 50 metres left down the road which has a very extensive menu .. fab food n service. There is also a selection of eateries across the road and down 100 mts. Lovely stay with a big bfast included. Highly recommend. Christine Fisher

You order what you want for breakfast the evening before and set a time. Breakfast will be served for you in the little eating area by the reception. Breakfast was very good, although a very different system than what I'm used to. The hotel does not have many rooms and is thus not a very busy place. All the staff is super friendly.

Would have loved to have a mattress topper to avoid the crack between the mattresses.

The room was perfect, and the hotel is quite unique :) Breakfast was super and the host were really kind. From this location, you can easily pick a bus which bring you in the center of Genova within 15 minutes.

It's a bit noisy around as there's a "big road" in front of the building and the windows are quite thin.

Kind staff, beautiful building and interior, comfortable and clean rooms - although breakfast was limited due to ferroaugusto, they made sure we were well taken care of. Parking was extremely convenient, and the proximity to the bus stop directly into Genoa could not have been more ideal. Close to the beach and quiet.

The property is in a great location, just outside the old city centre but in a very trendy area and close to restaurants and bars. The owner, Mr. Ugo is a great host, always smiling and made feel at home even though I arrived very late and left the morning after. The hotel is very clean and the bed very comfortable. I have no doubts in recommending this little jewel to anybody looking for a cosy hotel in one of the best spots of Genova.

very nice atmosphere, warm welcome, helpful, good breakfast, clean. There are lots of parking places just close by the hotel, even if hotel parking is full.

you have to reserve time for breakfast and reserve your food in advance,which is less relaxing during the holidays. Though you can adjust your time anyway.

Very cozy and nice hotel close to the Lido and Boccadasse, to me one of the most beautiful spots in Genova. City center can be reached by bus (bus stop in front of the hotel). Excellent Focacceria, 24/7 supermarket and a very good pizzeria right next to or close-by the hotel. EXTREMELY forthcoming and welcoming staff at the reception. Breakfast needs to be ordered in the day before, but service is still very flexible will providing additional coffee or food on request. All in all: nicest hotel I have been so far in Genova!

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, excellent guest service and clean place. There is a Del Ponte Bistrot in a 2 min walking distance, delicious food and a very nice place.

Very clean and friendly staff, excellent service.

Modest breakfast. It’s very inconvenient that you need to order in the evening what you will eat in the morning.
