The location is fabulous. Situated in a gorgeous valley nearby Gubbio, the hills and the views from the facility are breathtaking. The green areas and gardens on the site are well organised and offer plenty of space to find peace and quiet and shade on hot days. The pool and sun loungers area are no longer brand new but still functional and very convenient on summer days. The apartment we stayed in was refurbished fairly recently and it came with an electric hobs, oven, and fridge.

It wouldn't be fair to be too hard on the current management as they have just taken over the facility and they seem determined to make a good go of it. They are doing the best they can after the previous owner neglected the place somewhat. That said, the place currently lacks the efficiency that it is expected in this kind of accommodation. It willl take some time before everything clicks into place at Coldimolino but once that's achieved it will be much sought after as its charm is simply unique.

It was excellent! Magnificent views, beautiful room, wonderful pool! I would especially like to note the cleanliness in the room and the purest snow-white linen! Falling asleep and waking up in the morning in such beauty is a special pleasure! I really liked the hospitality of the owner, he tries to do everything so that his guests have a good rest at his hotel. We will definitely come back here again!

Location has perfect potencial but staff do not care about it. Price was good. Breakfast ok

Manager do not answer on text. His attitute was boring. We have broken heating which is doesnt matter in summer but from heating liquing water and staff try to fix but without any apology or answer do not fix. Apartment wasnt equipment well. Water in pool was dirty

Very nice, large room, but the bathroom had a bad drains smell.

The property is very run down, long grass, dead pot plants, rubbish litter, abandoned swimming pool, piles of discarded furniture behind the trees. Such a shame to see a place not looked after.

We came to stay at Coldimolino country house for 5 days for the Christmas tree light switch on in Gubbio. The exterior of the villa is stunning in a perfect location for a view of the town and surrounding mountains and fields.

On first glance of the room is lovely but we found two stink bugs, spiders and moths also staying in the room. There was also no room service for the duration of our stay despite being told that the towels were changed every two days. One of the days was cement outside our door that had fallen from the ceiling which was a bit strange and concerning. The breakfast service was ok but not amazing. Overall a slightly disappointing stay with the interior and upkeep not matching the quality of the exterior and location.

The buildings in the photos were beautiful. The rooms are not in those buildings and we’re not very nice. A bit of a fake out.

Our room had moisture and smelled musty. Called to have AC fixed because it was wet and all they did was put a towel underneath it. There were multiple flies in our room. The property in general was not clean, needed some work.
