Modern hotel, located in the city of Ivrea, just a short walk from the city centre, and right next to a very useful Lidl. Staff were super friendly - gave us a room upgrade. Secure parking on the premises (€10/day). Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Some minor niggles with the room: air-con which came on during the night, despite attempts to turn it off; the room safe (useful extra) needed several attempts on several occasions to open. Somewhat disappointed that we had to pay extra for parking (it was in the contract but it hadn't registered with me), but no big deal.

Food was excellent and the all staff attentive and firendly, in particular, Samantha and Stefano. The hotel was conveniently located next to Lidl (use as destination for satnav as hotel may not come up given its newness) and was just a short walk to the sights of the old part of Ivrea such as the old castle The facilities were of high quality and would certainly stay there again if the opportinity arose. Secure parking was available.

The position of the hotel was perfect. It was easy to get to see all the sights in Ivrea. Very handy car parking. The room was very clean and we had a view of the 3 towers of the castle. Most of the staff are bilingual. Special mention to Samantha, Stefano and Tomas who were very helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast. We did not eat a meal at the hotel but it did appear to be very popular and always full of diners.

The fridge in the room has a tendency to over heat f the cupboard bood left shut.

Very thoughtful and helpful staff on all occasions. A welcome glass of prosecco for the two legged travellers and dog beds and bowls were already provided in the room for the four legged travellers! Decent sized room with a big bathroom and a super large walk-in powerful shower. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good. We aim to return next year.

Nice hotel and great room. Super clean with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom also great. The hotel is close to the center. The receptionist very kind and helpful.

The staff at breakfast are slow, lazy and unpolite with the guests. Bufet table not filled, missing almost everything during 9:00-10:00. Didn’t inform the guests if they can order beside the buffet offer. Rejected ordering at 9:50 refering to closing at 10:00????. In my reading all guests can order till 10:00.

a little bit far away from the train station, while the orange festival you have to walk the whole distance so keep it in your mind

Lovely hotel. Wonderful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Spotless, comfortable room with a small balcony.

Found the digital in room system -eg to control the air con was extremely difficult to use. Outdoor parking at the back of the hotel premises was pretty tight. It is fairly close to the centre of Ivrea, but immediate surroundings are unfinished and commercial, eg opposite a large modern Lidl. Having said that everything inside the hotel is extremely good.

3 T Botique Hotel has been amazing. They’re a brand new hotel and their level of excellence is perfect. They have classy, modern finishes in all areas of the hotel, the rooms are super well appointed and comfortable. The professionalism and helpfulness of their staff has been a real pleasure. Would highly recommend them and will definitely stay again next time we’re back in the area

It was a great experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Stephanos in the restaurant was very knowledgeable about the wines and which one to recommend with the food we were eating. The hotel was extremely comfortable with robes and slippers and in a very good position. It had parking. We thoroughly recommend it.
