Excellent hotel, good value and very friendly / helpful staff. Good continental breakfast. We had the executive room which had a bit more space which we would recommend. if you need anything just ask they were very helpful

It’s a little bit out of town too far to walk really but bus stop outside and hotel will order you a taxi

We had a very warm welcome from the receptionist, we were a party of 8, 6 adults and 2 children and well accommodated in nice modern rooms, nice bathrooms too and very clean, decent proper hairdryer! We had a meal at the hotel in the evening which was very good, as was the breakfast buffet. There was an 'honesty bar', and a pleasant area outside where we enjoyed drinks before dinner. We parked in a safe area around the side of the hotel, off the main road. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the display of old typewriters in the attractive foyer!

The room was lovely and clean and customer service was excellent. Would like to thank Silvano on particular with his excellent customer service and making us feel at home. The honesty bar was a great extra, nice area to sit outside and breakfast had so much choice. Hygeine measures at breakfast were excellent. Lovely to have plenty of towels, bathrobes and toiletries. We enjoyed our balcony and mountain view. Thank you very much.

Nothing we really loved the hotel.

It was Best Western so we knew the standard we would get. Breakfast was nice. Hsd dinner at the hotel and that was nice too. Location was good for our onward travel. Only stayed one night

There was nothing around the hotel, but we chose it for location as it was for a one night stop off on our journey home.

We arrived around midnight, rich was much later than originally planned. The hotel arranged for us to check in after the reception closed, which was fabulous. Absolute bonus was the honesty bar, which meant we didn't have to go to bed hungry after a long drive.

The check in....when I arrive was late and the door was closed, I reng the bell and after a while the lady said that is to late and is closed. I said I have a reservation with booking.com and after that she opened. Except this...everithing was good

The restaurant was closed in August?? and I would imagine one of your busiest months. However, we were recommended a good one by your staff.

Carmen (on reception) was very helpful in arranging taxi's and booking us into a restaurant on our last night. La Villa is a great hotel but slightly out of town for our needs. Would still recommend though 👌.

The hotel is well outfitted and the rooms look great, be it a bit small. Every room om the ground floor has their own patio, which is nice. I love the concept of the ‘honesty bar’ where I could serve myself and pay later when leaving. The breakfast was extremely well buffeted and the choice was almost too much.

I found it not very climate neutral and environmental aware that every breakfast item was individually packaged in plastic. Each sandwich, each ingredient, each condiment, all in their individual plastic bag, tray or sachet. This can easily be improved, and it should!

The receptionist is always supporting when you need information. Had Dinner seveal tomes : meals are homemade even if there is huge diversity. The self service bar concept.
