The reception was amazing! We arrived with the night train at 10am. We asked if we can leave our bags at the hotel until check in time at 3 pm. They actually had our room ready and we were able to get in at 10 am. Our kids were very tired and this was just such an amazing surprise! The breakfast was really nice and communicating with the staff was nothing short of amazing. They were all super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again. We also loved the small seating area outside. Great to have a coffee or a drink, read a book, or just soak up some sun :)

they gave me a triple for a single person. because there were no other guests on my ground floor, i had the sole use of the private patio which was a big bonus. the Old Town location was charming and near the tour bus pick-up area. nearby old bookshops and superb sidewalk cafe/restaurants were also very good. although there were no staff on site except for clearners and breakfast girls, the first day the management staff of two showed up to confirm and helped me find a place to buy a mobile phone. all this with my very limited italian made my stay memorable and comfortable. i loved the quiet!

a desk and chair in the room would've been nice for writing postcards. otherwise, with historical vaulted stone ceilings, the room ( a two-room suite) was lovely and included ultra-modern design fittings in the bathroom, with stark white walls throughout.

A charming hotel, very good location, the room is big and clean. the staff was very nice to us.

you can’t park near but it is not a problem, there is a parking few minutes far and it is not expensive.

Location is perfect. At the heart of the city, yet quiet at nights. 7-8 mins walking distance to the parking area which is just outside of the old city center. Breakfast is adequate. Good coffee with different local bakery options. Wifi worked good as well. We booked family suit and a double room, both had plenty of space, almost more than what is needed. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Cleaining of the common areas could be bit better. Some part of the shower did not work properly.

Great location. Good communication, clear helpful instructions prior to check in. Asked for earlier check in which was accommodated as had availability for this.

Nothing major- just feel doors to rooms need a little paint where scuffed as makes it looks tatty. Also locks on doors and windows are loose in some places- need secure fixings

Magnificiently decorated renovated stone house building with a very spacious room! You have got a wonderful host who solely wants their guests to be happy! What more can you ask? It is situated in the heart of old town. The host asks you everyday if we need something. One of the best stays we have ever had. Best value for the money! If you visit Lecce, do not go anywhere else. Thanks for everything Emilio!

Very big room with spacious living room and spacious bathroom. Very central. Very good breakfast with savory and sweet option. Personnel was very friendly and check in/out very smooth. Plenty of parking possibilities in walking distance

The room has an incredible aesthetic - with a cream stone ceiling and walls. Three "mini-floors" make the room feel incredibly spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured I felt very comfortable. Location was perfect for exploring all of Lecce and the stay was fantastic value for money!

A few of the smaller details in the room could've been a little cleaner, but this didn't hinder the stay at all!

We were pleased with a location, the apartment was clean and the serving staff was kind.

The breakfast option was a bit limited and one of the beds was in a fairly bad condition.
