The property is located in the very centre of historic Lecce but in a quiet street. There was absolutely no noise during our stay. The decoration is neutral and quite recent, done tastefully and with good quality. Judging by the photos we thought the room may feel a bit claustrophobic or dark - but it wasn't. It's good size, with nice fittings, high ceilings and a large bathroom. The host was extremely helpful. Altogether felt like a very satisfying 4 star hotel.

The breakfast is very basic, but this is quite typical for south of Italy.

It is a great place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. The room is very small, but the ceilings are so high that you don't feel cramped. The location is very nice. Very friendly ladies serve the breakfast on the upper floor. The breakfast was ok for me, but my husband would prefer if there was something besides sweet products. Nonetheless, the home-made cakes were delicious. There is no reception, but the owner (?) Luca is very helpful and you can reach him via Whatsapp if you need anything.

Nothing, perfectly suitable for a short stay.

Excellent location, close to main square but 1 block back so no noise. Flat is well appointed and Luca, the owner, is readily available and so helpful. Parking is not possible anywhere close to the flat, but rather an easy 8 minute walk to secured public garage. Taxi service to that garage is also available should it be needed.

The flat is in the old city, which is absolutley fantastic! Old sections of the city can be under renovation and as luck would have it, there was renovation near us this time. Not a problem for us, but a consideration. We’d stay again and again, despite that!

We had a wonderful stay, property is newly renovated, has 2 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen that makes it perfect when travelling with 2 kids. Location is just 2 minutes on foot from all main attractions and is very convenient and quiet. Luca is amazing host, he suggested nice restaurants and great Lido to go in the morning and enjoy sea. He also helped us with Parking slot near the apartment. Wi-fi was fast and we could also do some work while on holiday.

Lucas greeted us at the apartment in covered everything that we needed to know. The housekeeping staff also served the breakfast. Lucas arranged for laundry service. Our clothing when returned - ironed and bagged the next day. Thank you Lucas and your staff for making our stay so pleasant. The apartment is located close to historic sites and restaurants. The train station is about a fifteen minute walk on flat ground.

The water pressure.

Cannot beat the location: next to the main walking street Viktor Emanuele, hidden behind the St Irene church this little gem in an old house is just fabulous. Ancient and contemporary combined, a beautiful rooftop terrace for breakfast, served by two very friendly ladies who managed to understand my limited Italian. Special thanks for the great lights - a night reader like me appreciates this, as well as the large shower and the non-slippery shower floor (so rare, so important). In general the room is very functional and beautifully renovated just recently. The heating/cooling works very well. The railway station is a 15 min walk away so this is a great base for visiting the surroundings, eg Gallipoli and Otranto, and organized tours usually leave from the Castello which is 5 only min away. All the old town restaurants and shops and museums are next to you. The cars are driving everywhere in the old city so i guess you could arrive by taxi as well. The old house has narrow stairs and no lift. The views may be limited to the inside courtyard but admire the room itself instead!

Nothing was too much trouble and both Catia and Anna Maria looked after us beautifully including ordering a last minute taxi. The accommodation was of a high standard and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Puglia with lovely, fresh fruit and a selection of pastries. Location was excellent. Highly recommended!

Having to leave at the end of our stay!

Beautifully designed room, with high stone vaulted ceiling. Modern with touches that blend with Lecce architecture. High quality mattress, pillows and linens, super comfortable. Lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast or relax. All the amenities one needs. Also extremely quiet for sleeping, which is important for me. Convenient location near all sites.

I really liked everything!

Location is excellent with everything in the old town walking distance, yet it is tucked away so remains very quiet. The beds were comfortable, the whole room was very clean and the high ceilings were beautiful. It is good value for money in Lecce. Would stay there again.

Worth mentioning the bathroom is not in a separate room with the toilets and sink but rather in a corner of the room. Breakfast selection was small but sufficient for us.

Breakfast could have been better but was fine. Was a little hard to find the first time but in a good location in the historic center. You should definitely park in the Parkejoo parking garage as recommended. It is very clean and safe, not far to walk. Free parking near station seemed sketchy and was also farther away.
