The staff was LOVELY and very helpful with everything. The breakfast was nice and the room and bathroom were big.

Much further from the old town of Lecce than I would have liked. It was either a taxi ride or a 1.3km walk to and from town. There’s not much directly around the hotel that we would have enjoyed for dinner etc. The room felt hot and just a bit outdated. Overall I felt the property was just alright.

Modern design hotel, very clean rooms, with every comfort. Perfect location very quiet and easy to walk to the old town where to find more coffee bars, restaurants, shops and visit the main attractions. I like the swimming pool on the top roof, a fantastic oasis to relax in the sun. Good breakfast with a wide selection of local and international cakes and more. The personnel is very friendly and professional. I've been to other Hilton Hotels worldwide and I received always a good service.

No orders are taken from the top roof for drinks. It would be nice to have fresh towels every day available on the top roof.

The staff at front desk were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the parking was great.

The service at restaurant in the morning was non existent. No one greeted us, was offered coffee 1 time except we had already done our own coffee. Water could have been offered free per room considering the price of room.

STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WIH MY QUESTIONS ESPECIALLY HELPING ME TO GAIN HILTON MEMBER POINTS. The Young man at reception was excellent in finding my Hilton Membership. The gentleman at the morning and then, afternoon shift assisted me with train travelling and looking up the train schedule. He went beyond the call of duty as I was with him for over 30 minutes, I reckon. Thank you to both of them.

The breakfast scrambled eggs were close to cold as I went to breakfast around 9.15-9.30am. After three breakfasts I went down the road to a cafe. I did not say anything to the staff about the eggs.

Hilton standards guaranteed

The business centre has no AC, I had to keep the door open to let the AC from the main hall flow in. The restaurant has excellent food, but the evening staff got me waiting 45 minutes for my food. Graciously they offered a beer and the fruit for my discomfort.

The team responded to our need for a last minute request for 30pax dinner at the hotel. They did it quickly and professionaly. We are very grateful for their kind accommodation. They also allowed me early check in, which was great!Excellent customer service!

Being so far out of Lecce I feel the menu needs to reflect what people are looking for steak @60 euros is not affordable if there was an alternative ie rump @20 euros it says a lot when the restaurant was under subscribed . breakfast staff need to be more attentive should not have to chase them just to get a coffee.paid extra to have a balcony was good size but no seating so not much use

The hotel is not new but staff very friendly, spacious room, comfortable beds and nice breakfast.

The hotel was a bit worn out and the sorrounding buildings are not so nice to look at. But plenty of free street parking available.

Clean, nice facilities like swimming pool and gym. Room and bathroom spacious. Would go back.

A bit far from the center, you need to be ready to walk if you want dinner in the old town. Lots of pigeons at the swimming pool, which means it's not super clean.

The pool is on the roof with no access to refreshments. If you would like a drink or something to eat you must go to the ground floor.
