The property has an amazing style. Supercomfortable room and bathroom. I gave a 9/10, just because the balcony seems waiting for some renovation?! But apart from it was fantastic! Smooth, quick conversation with the owner. And delicious breakfast bars / restaurant in 5 mins walking distance. Oh, and the local bus stops just 50 m far from the flatcomplex .

Really modern set of rooms with a great communal area. Good aircon, very clean and modern bathroom. Loved the fact that we could be let in remotely by calling the owner as then it didn't really matter what time we arrived. They also let us leave our bags after checkout and collect (again remotely) later that evening. Brilliant breakfast vouchers get you a coffee and a pastry at the cafe just on the corner. When the cafe was unexpectedly shut the managers of the rooms arranged a different place for breakfast. Really well located for the bus stop if you want to explore the local area.

Location was a little bit further out of town, but we knew that when booking and it is only 10-15 mins walk in.

Very conveniently located within walking distance from historic centre. Possible to park the car for free in the neighbourhood, however not in front of the building but close enough. Comfortable bathroom. Very convenient way of checking-in online.

Few utensils in the kitchen. No tea mugs, only one knife. Drain in the washbasin in the bathroom needs fixing, but it's nothing major.

Clean, modern apartment, 10min walk to the city centre. Good value for the price!

We recommend you to improve communication with guests, like sending english instructions to non-italian guests before they arrive and use single communication platform. Bed, shower head and curtains require fixing. Coffee mugs would be great.

Great value for money. Self and Easy checking process with nice host very reachable by WhatsApp. Flat totally refurbished with taste, big ensuite bathroom and comfortable bed. 10mik walk from toursit attractions.

Quite noisy we could hear the cars passing by. The breakfast at s café nearby was good but basic Vs other b&b.

The room is well furnished and clean. The check in was easy.

Little disappointed as we forgot our pillows but never hear back from the owner.

It was nice to stay in elements rooms. Everything was perfect, modern apartment is new and clean with everything what we needed. The tasty breakfast were in near caffeteria. It is also close to the bus station and 10 minutes walking to the centrum. I enjoyed this stay in Lecce.

We had little difficulties with findig the apartment on the begining but the owner helped us very fast. I have nothing bad to say.

Great place! Very nice design with attention to details. Good location, it took us less than 10 min walking to the old town. We have enjoyed our stay at the elemenrs rooms, would definitely recommend it!
