We had a wonderful, relaxing one-night getaway. The breakfast was rich and varied, the room was spotless with a breathtaking view, and the beds were very comfortable. The heated pool was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy a soothing swim even on a colder, rainy day. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a modern design and a calming atmosphere. Despite the rain, we loved unwinding in the outdoor heated jacuzzi, which also offered a stunning view. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially at check-in, where they thoroughly explained the hotel’s amenities and guided us to the private parking lot.

The spa was smaller than we expected (though we hadn’t researched it beforehand), and during our visit, it was a bit busy, so we couldn’t find a lounge chair to relax on. It may have just been a busier time, as we only visited once.

Beautiful hotel, really lives up to the name Bellavista. Both from the room(photo attached), and from the leisure centre were breath taking views. The staff were all very warm, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, even for myself and my girlfriend who are vegetarians; and the location was beautiful, a quaint little town and the beautiful Lago di Levico is only ten minutes walk away! Would recommend this place 10/10. Oh and the value for money, exceptional!

Everything was good honestly. I don't have any complaints.

Breakfast is very rich and with a lot of choices, all of them very delicious. The pool is a nice option to spend a few hours chilling out. The hotel is out of the main area but close enough to benefit from having lunch/dinner without having to take the car, but without being in the noisy part of the town.

I would have removed the fee to take away a small snack from breakfast ..

Nice hotel with amazing breakfast and view.

The spa is lack of good management, full of retired people that occupy the beds for entire afternoon. They just leave their bathrobe and towel on the beds and occupy it. It would be make more sense to limit the amount of people to use the spa. For example each room need to book for the time to use the spa. 2 hours. So every guest can have better experience of the spa.

A great family run hotel. All the staffmembers were always friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is furnished with some of the original furniture and has some interesting paintings, too. The garden is peaceful with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with local specialities. Incredibly good value.

The room had a very good view of the lake as promised and the ceiling fan kept it cool. The pool was bigger than we expected with another lovely view. There were plenty of sun loungers and chairs to use and the spa facilities were fantastic. Breakfast offered a vast selection of foods with a good section of local products.

Overall an excellent hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities, including spa and swimming pool, fantastic mountain views from both. Great breakfast with a good selection of choices truly setting you up for the day. Hotel set in a great location, a 10 minute walk from the town centre, where a good number of restaurants can be found. Direct access to local walks and cycle routes from the hotel, only a short walk from the lakes.

Fabulous stay, very relaxing, some great places to eat nearby. Local walks, lake isn’t to far and the pool is just lush. Pool service for drinks and food was spot on and overall we had a very relaxing two days. We would stay again. Breakfast was also a nice treat and lots on offer. Parking was easy and secure.

Rooms were abit outdated but we didn’t mind No English channels on TV.

Breakfast has lots of choices. Consider it mix of German and Italian style breakfast. Value for money. Free parking and paid parking lots with roofs outside for only 6 euros/night. Rooms are nice and clean

These grand hotels of the former era are getting a little outdated. If you book a room with air-conditioning don't be surprised there will be a fan only.

Breakfast was exceptional, the staff just wonderful as well the staff at the reception desk, - the wellness area was a treat, very clean, we very much appreciated that the area was open till 8.30 p.m.

Would have been nice if the wifi would have been a secure one. In the wellness area we very much appreciated the offered snacks and juice but would have been nice if staff would refill when the place is very busy.
