Top location for Levico town centre and to explore the surroundings. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Fantastic authentic local food from farm to fork, in a beautiful and cosy location surrounded by wooden furniture and northern design of good taste. Appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness in every area of the hotel and its amenities. Great gym and wellness area with several saunas where I also had a fantastic ayurvedic massage. The pool outside comes with a jacuzzi well sheltered besides (in case of rain). All spaces aren't excessively big-size for a more intimate and relaxed experience.

Reception and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Food also excellent at breakfast and dinner.

We stayed in the other part of the hotel a little further away and walked up to use the pool thinking there would be towels up there (as the pool and spa were included), when we arrived at reception we found out there was a charge (not deposit, charge!) of €10 per towel. I travel a lot for work and find it really unusual that towels for the pool weren’t automatically supplied as normally the hotel don’t like you using the ones from your room so insist your get them at the pool. €20 for a towel for me and my partner seemed like a rather high cost.

The main building is new and offers all the luxury that you”ll need. We slept in the annex, where the rooms are nice and simple but very clean and meets up with standards. The breakfast is amazing and they serve a good dinner too

The bathroom in the annex is outdated and somewhat small. Nevertheless the shower is good and clean.

the staff is absolutely amazing, very professional, friendly and approachable. the hotel itself is in a very quiet area completely renovated and very well kept. the breakfast is something incredible!

if I have to be picky… I will add a full size mirror in the bedroom. something that was a bit too much in my opinion is the 10€ you have to pay to rent a swimming pool towel if you don’t have your own…I think that 5€ will be more than enough other than that absolutely everything was on point!

Breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly and professional, the room had a good size and was well lit, wellness centre was very clean. The main hotel had superb finishing details and a great panoramic terrace.

Unfortunately the beds and the pillow were very hard and it was difficult to sleep on them. But it was a minor thing, all in all it was a pleasant experience.

Very friendly staff. Yummy breakfast with good selection of sweet, savoury and juices. We had an "economy room" so were in the annex - although the building itself was outdated, the room was modern and we had a huge balcony with a mountain view.

It was good to have the option to charge our electric car but €0.60/kW for 3kW/h is expensive!

Great view of the mountains, a few minutes walk to the centre, great spacious rooms that are very well furnished, modern and comfortable (if you like modern wood interiors you're gonna love this place), nice walk-in waterfall shower, spacious balcony, restaurant food was really good (five course meal for €31), plenty of nice staff

Very comfy mattress, great spa facility (amazing sauna rooms), wonderfully scented common areas, great breakfast. Nice to see pets welcomed! We travelled here with our golden retriever.

very modern. Very clean and friendly staff. The spa was amazing. However the breakfast was insane. so many options and very high quality food. parking outside the front. Would highly recommend and will be returning. great experience

Styling, wooden smell and atmosphere were great! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the Spa / Massages are next level for such a hotel. Definitely will come back!
