The staff were excellent and were always very helpful, polite and attentive. The food was delicious. The style of the hotel was very nice. The location is great and shuttle bus to the beach is a super smooth professional service. The outdoor areas were stunning we really thought it was designed well.

The building looks tired inside and out and could do with some paint. The bathroom was tired and the bath leaked on the floor. Some statues around the hotel were broken and the outside of the building could have done with painting. The shape of the steps in the swimming pool make it easy to bang your foot when swimming, the pool could also have done with being a bit bigger. There was no spa facilities. The pool area could have done with some background music.

Gorgeous blingy hotel. Lots of interesting design. The room was very comfortable and the balcony a decent size. Staff were professional on check-in and at breakfast and dealt with any queries we had during our stay, promptly and efficiently. We appreciated the valet parking and help with our many bags on arrival! 5 mins to the beach, which isn’t the most beautiful ever but it’s long and sandy. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

The pools are more decorative than functional, and we had hoped for a proper swim. Neither was warm in October. The spa bath isn’t necessary and the jets harbour some mould. Just a decent bath would do.

when we booked, we chose location close to the Paestum ruins and also cost. what we didn’t realise was that this is a resort style hotel on the edge of the Amalfi coast. it had several gorgeous pools which would have been awesome during the summer, however we were there mid winter. They had an on-site restaurant and funny thing is that the food over the course of our stay was more that the accommodation costs. But being winter all restaurants around the town had shut up so no choice of where to eat. Breakfast included in costs was awesome.

Breakfast was very nice. Our room had a huge balcony. The decor and furnishing both indoors in reception area etc and outdoors are fabulous. Beautiful views from the roof top restaurant. Attended a wedding and the food was delicious and staff were so good and attentive at the wedding.

A good idea to have some chrome/metal bars (in line with beautiful decor) at entrance to pool /infinity pool to hold onto and give anybody with even mild disability or back problems confidence to enter the pool

Breakfast was confusing because I didn’t realise I had to ask for the omelette. Some items were buffet like bread and fruit, but you were served. Drinks were also served to you but I had a problem because of the language barrier- I kept getting a different coffee to what I wanted. The staff at the bar and restaurant were really great esp Domingo and Guissepe. They were always willing to help and made awesome coffees/ cocktails. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL as well, with many picture-worthy locations. Their dinner is super nice too - I had a really great lobster and pasta dish. Housekeeping is also efficient and quick and very helpful

There were no English speaking staff at night and sometimes in the day. The restaurant staff could barely speak English except for one waiter. There were also no irons in the room and we were told there were only 2 in the whole hotel so we had to wait for other guests to use them before we could get them. The spa was not on and no one could understand when we asked for it to be put on. A workman heard us singing and came to switch it on for us eventually but this was more than an hour after getting into the spa! No tea or coffee making facilities in the room- we did get a kettle and cups when we asked but I’m not sure why we needed to ask in the first place. Other than these little niggles, it was a REALLY pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Very sleek, modern hotel with a beautiful lobby and pool area. Elegant bar area and restaurant.

The quality of the breakfast items was poor given the hotel class. The reception staff were not particularly friendly. We back to the room in the afternoon and one of the workers was in our room on the balcony trimming the plants, which I didn't appreciate during covid.

The Hotel is close to Paesum and has the most modern facilities than other hotels in the area. It has very special and contemporary decor and lots of decorations excellent for selfies. The Breakfast was fantastic and the staff is attentive and efficient.

Amazing pool and garden area. Immediately all need To go tintje beach disappears. Very good service, barman makes excellent cocktails with style.

The restaurant is top, bit best of you have half board. A la carte are small portions if you don't take a complet menu.

Service in restaurant for lunch and dinner was excellent. Food excellent. Antonino, I assume was the maitre d’, did a superb job making certain our table as well as everyone else’s was taken care of.

Lovely hotel, small, as in only 50 rooms so not too busy, clean, welcoming, helpful staff, especially for non Italian speakers, nice hotel lido beach

it never bothered us at all but I imagine sometimes the use of the hotel for weddings etc might bother some people but as I say it never affected our holiday at all
