Arrived at midnight in the pouring rain and was given a warm welcome and directed where to park. We had a double room with seaview, and balcony..but could have been a small terrace it was huge. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and friendly. Breakfast with table service for choice of eggs/pancakes from the menu as well as a full buffet breakfast warm and cold, and could also order cappuccinos. Because it was the last week of the season it was quieter than usual but the location was great, right on the beach and while we were there for an event, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a beach stay in Jesolo.

Air Conditioning was not working efficiently.

everything - the staff was so extremely nice, everyone always smiled, greeted and helped if needed; the walk to the beach took 10sec, pool is very nice and big, you have your own place at the beach (there's guys controlling it), you get a great bag for the beach + towels, housekeeping is super nice, room is always clean, the sea view is beautiful and when you close the balcony the door has a soundproofing effect (there's often music outside), in a nutshell the perfect hotel for a nice summer beach stay! will come again definitely! :)

nothing - everything was great

We loved our stay. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. From the minute we arrived, we felt relaxed. The staff took our cases to our room and offered us a welcome drink by the pool on arrival - a lovely touch. The rooms were clean and fresh and had everything you could need. Soft, fluffy white towels and crisp bed linen, coffee, tea, water, and mini bar. The showers were hot and powerful. Every room in the hotel had a full sea view and a spacious balcony. The pool area was spotless, and there were plenty of sunbeds. There were sunbeds on the beach, with parasols and lockers for valuables. They had thought of everything. We loved being able to cycle along the boardwalk each day. The bikes were well maintained and free to borrow. The breakfast was fabulous - I couldn't fault it. They had everything you could ask for, and the staff worked tirelessly to keep everything fresh, tidy, and topped up. The lunch/snack bar was ideal, and the fine dining evening menu was delicious for a treat. Overall, it was a fabulous, relaxing stay - we would definitely return.

The hotel was a little out of the way. It was a 30 min walk from the bus station, but a taxi journey was around 5 mins. We did both, walking on arrival and taking taxi on departure). As we chose to stay in mid-October, lots of the other hotels and restaurants had closed down for the end of the Sumner season. This restricted our choices of where to eat. However, this was a minor issue and didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the holiday. There were a few local places open, and we ate at the hotel too.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. It was our first trip abroad with our baby so we were a bit anxious. It was a nice location with a private beach and pool. The staff was always so friendly. We would like to go again next year. Breakfast and bar food/drinks were very good. No complaints for facilities or service!

The patio areas near the pool that were cooler and had less sun exposure to sit in (for the baby) were also the smoking area. This is not a dislike but a mistake I made in booking the double room with an extra bed because I thought an extra bed would be helpful in case the baby needed to sleep on the regular bed. One of us could use the twin for comfort but since we also requested a crib, the extra bed would not fit so it was a bit of a waste of money when the regular double room (same size) is cheaper.

We had a wonderful vacation here, again! The welcome drinks were a nice touch. The reception personal was very polite and helpful, the room was very clean and recently renovated, the parking was not a problem (underground or at surface) and the breakfast was delicious. The sunbeds were included in the room price, along with the beach towels. We will definitely be back at this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, beautiful front sea view, nice and clean beach with appropriate beach service, very good breakfast (5* level) and beverages, friendly personnel, among others Mamadou and Evgenio from the bar. High quality of room cleaning. Very nice customer approach, helpfull staff, my special thanks to reception manager Mrs. Barbara. We left with the feeling that the hotel management really care about the guest here.

Only thing I didn't like was transport to the Venice city. It is quite complicated to get there with public transport, it takes quite long time. Perhaps the good idea would be to provide some kind of shuttle car/minibus several days and times a week. But there is plenty of other things to do around, many restaurants, bars, shops in walking distance.

Very good location. Very good restaurant. Very friendly staff! Very clean inside and outside. We received many compliments from the hotel - a discount on dinner and welcome drinks. There was also a handy beach bag in the room!

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress could have been more comfortable. But it didn't bother me much.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. All facilities are in top condition and well maintained. When I had problems with my ear, the Hotel organized a doctor and I was helped immediately. Lido downtown is accessible by foot. No problems with having a dog with us.

Room was pretty small for the price.

The pool was excellent so near to the beach. Rooms were lovely and also clean. Staff were so friendly, especially when we had a family crisis, they couldn't have been more helpful.

It was a little too far away from the main drag of restaurants to be perfect and getting to Venice was a bit of a trek.

The room was very spacious and had a beautiful view over the sea! The choice between a day at the beach or at the hotel pool was a tough one. The service and the staff in the hotel is very good. The beach is very nice in pre season (end of April) We were blown away by the possibility to have a roofed parking possibility (park garage)
