Perfect location nearby beach and in the center at the same time, private parking place about 150m from the hotel, which we appreciated due to the mass of visitors - we avoided unwanted damage, probably the best breakfast we ever had - very rich, fresh, delicious! Credit goes to the very friendly waiter, member of F1 tifosi, who was always extra nice to us! Wifi was so strong we could even watch videos on the beach!

The bathroom was extremely stinky, probably due to sewage pipe it smelled like we had something rotten in the room 24/7. We hope they will fix it in the room 107, because it was unbearable! We were asked to keep the windows closed and even received a phone call at 1am when we were present - very inappropriate, however the cleaning lady opens the windows and balcony when we are not present so that does not make sense. Last negative was during check out, when we were about to pay local tax and we had random coffees on the check and the reception lady asked “Cappuccino maybe?” We definitely did not order anything from the check, but we ended up not paying it. That was NOT professional.

Good location right behind the beach Hotel has its own private beach and you will have reserved sun beds and umbrella. Parking place is convenient right around the corner. Hotel was full and we found a parking spot. There are restaurants and supermarket are in walking distance. Breakfast is really good.

The hotel is located relatively calm part of Jesolo, The main attractions are around Piazza Mazzini.The hotel is 5 km away from this square, you may need a ride to main attractions.

nice location. staff very friendly. i have a problem with room and they solve it very quickly. breakfast ok. pool was fine. it was generaly ok.

some furniture should be allready replaced... i think it is after lifetime. double stair bed in room looks like that has min. 30years.

Fantastic location with private beach & free sunbeds. Staff very helpful. Excellent choice for breakfast. Very clean would highly recommend this hotel.

Not enough electric sockets in room

I had a lovely, spacious room with a seaside view. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels as well as a small fridge which is handy to keep cool drinks and snacks in. There was a large variety of breakfast items. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

There was really nothing to complain about whatsoever

I ve been fully satisfied with Service provided by hotel and their employees. Breakfast was great. And beach was nicelly prepared.

I missed towels for beach.

Coffee was not very good. We had to order and got charged. The coffee machine is very mediocre
